Hi Guys,

My CC was charged on the 79th day of sending my application to CIC.
I am happy but at the same time a bit nervous as how come it can be so early.

Therefore i have decided to drop an email to CIC to inquire my status...i know this have been shared numerous time but i would really appreciate if someone send me email address as well the content of the email that needs to be sent.

TIA

So the experts say that CIC is giving priority in terms of charging/PER to the hot NOCs. But in the SS I can see many PER on NOC 0111, 3112, 2243, 5125 & many other NOCs that are not as hot as 2281 (some not even close). What is going on?

Lates PER: 17th July
Latest CC: 25th Aug
Latest DD: 16th July

I have applied on 2nd July NOC 2281 with DD. No PER, no NER, didn't receive the application back. I think I am done :'(

Guys What is the chance of rejection during PER after CC charge ??? :-[

Just curious ... any case in FSWP 2014 ??? :o

The chance of getting acceptance after PER is more than 99%

Dear Seniors!!

Have a small query... after sending my application I called my wife to Dubai on Permanent residence VISA in June 2014 ( 6 Months not completed)

Do I need to update this to NDVO?? If yes, what documents needs to be sent or should I ask them if I need to send supporting documents for this??

Congratulations for your Credit Card Charge !!!!!!!!!!!!!

PER should not be impacted by passport expiry due in Mar-2015, but possibly your VO may ask you to renew and that could take up some time, but nothing to worry as such .. slight delay in the process should be expected

27 aug applicant also charged as per SS

Hi All,
I am wondering if anybody requested to send PCC for residency less than six months as a tourist in any country other than his home country. Also, do I have to mention the address where I lived abroad during my travelling as a tourist in IMM 5669 form (question 12). I spent 4 months in USA last year and i concern about these two points.

Regards

I stayed in the USA for the same amount of time but I did not provide the address for the duration of the stay there. I have received PER already.

The logic is, if you are not a Resident (Resident also translates to Work VISA in some parts of the world; ex: UAE) in a country apart from your Country of Domicile, you do not need to provide the details of your stay in that country for the given duration. You do however need to mention it in your Supplementary Travels Sheet.

Also - PCC for less than 6 months of stay anywhere is not required.

Therefore you should be fine.

I got my DD issued from Thomas Cook. Yesterday, I enquired about it and it was not yet encashed. Does Thomas Cook provide any facility of updating the customer on encashmentment automatically without being asked for? Or everytime I need to ask them to enquire?

Please suggest
