hi seniors!
pls comment on my case. my application was received by cic last may 14. no news from cic received by my consultant, no ecas uqdate using my uci n no returned application. the bank confirmed today that my demand draft status is staled and outstanding/not encashed. i informed my consultant about the dd status. they told me that cic will ask for replacement to my staled demand draft in case they will start processing my application. is this how cic will do?

pls seniors, i need your expert advise in this case.

Today my ECA has been updated when I log in it shows in process, we received your application for permanent resident in Canada on July 17th. What dose that mean?

Dear Seniors,

Need your kind support.

My Visa office is NDVO.
I received medical request today and I have to submit all requested docs with RPRF till 26-Dec (45 days).

Currently I am outside my home country from last month.

i. Can I perform my medical examination from CIC authorised doctor in abroad? Will NDVO accept it.
ii. Do I need to update NDVO that currently I am outside of my homeland? Should I send this information with updated forms with medical receipt or quickly I send them email on this.
iii. My spouse and dependent are in India. They will go for medical examination there only. Is it ok if we submit medical receipt from different doctors one from India and other from Austria.
iv. Or if I should plan a quick trip to India and complete all medical formalities.
