Hi All,

Just wanted to check if i would hold any chance of getting thru. I had applied for NOC 1112 and the applications reached CIC on 16th october 2014.

Should I be ready to hear the bad news :'(

Regards,
Sujeet Raja

Hi, so sorry but even most August applicants won't make it in. Cheer up, maybe Express Entry will prove better for you. All the best.

I have applied for Canada PR (2014).I dispatched my documents on 3rd Sep 2014 and document reached to immigration dept by 5th September.I applied for 2174 occupation and now I see the Cap is closed. :o
Can anyone update me what would happen to my application?
Any member applied for the same occupation and status pls..

Thanks in Advance.

Sorry this noc already capped and closed ... you prepare ur document for other noc and try it immediatley

Does anybody has an idea if CIC evaluates educational points based upon the Canadian education equivalence summary mentioned on the top of WES report or does it also consider individual credential analysis for each educational credential described within the report?
Actually yesterday only I got my report whereby "Secondary School Diploma" is written on the top of WES report as a summary of my educational credential assessment whereas one my my educational credentials has been assessed as equivalent to "two years undergraduate studies". Can anyone interpret it for me as to how many points am I likely to score?

:-\ :-\ :-\

I THINK THERE IS HOLIDAY IN NS...AS NO ACTIVITY OF CIC YET...

Hi everybody
May be I am one of the early Nepali applicant. I applied on may 7 the under 2174. I received PER long back and they started processing my application on 11 sept. Its been exactly two months today and still now sign of MR. I am depressed hopeless and wht else :(
They are giving priorities to Indian apps only which is not fair. I think they will start looking into our app on December before the express entry starts.

This wait is killing me. How many neplai got MR BTW?

There are lots of applicants in your group. So don't get frustrated. You are not alone in the position.

Since the cap has reached the application package would be returned with a UCI # for reference and you can use the same for Express Entry so start preparing for the 2015 Express Entry programme all the best:)

Seniors, please help...

My NOC is 2173 and the application reached CIC on 27th Aug (not charged yet). I had my birth certificated attached with name space in certificate <blank>! Perhaps that is because the birth certificate was issued just a day after I was born. Neither I have my parents name on 10th or 12th certificate. It is just on the transfer certificate issued from college. An affidavit was attached in my application stating all these.

I have re-applied for birth certificate and received it today with name imprinted on it.

Should I resend the new birth certificate with application reference? If yes, Please let me know how do I inform CIC to refer old application received on 27th Aug. Is there any formal template for this?

Many thanks

Keep praying...
Affidavit will do your work, hopefully..

I also did the same...

[/tsize]Urgent, seniors please your help is needed, please reply with your ideas.

I have just noticed a second error in my background declaration form, I forgot to include an address I had, lived in an eu country while working there.

Earlier, I sent a CSE stating that there is an error in my supplimentary travel information form. I got a reply that my application is either being reviewed or waiting to be reviewed but I can send in additional docs to an address specified, however, I should keep any communication to bearest minimum.
I then prepared and sent the hard copy some 3 weeks ago.

Now, I have noticed a second omission, is it advisable to send a corrected form again? Does an omission of this magnitude constitute any risk?

If you provide the travel in the travel form, then don't worry. BTW, if you were working, the address should be your working place and not your sleeping place in the background declaration.
