Great...well all the very best for the second attempt

Also did CIC refund the amount ?

third attempt :D my first one was returned due to old forms.. as i mentioned earlier i have some issues with my browser and the first time i've submitted old schedule 3 form... i sent the new one as soon as i realized that there is a newer one, with an explanation letter and asking them just to switch the forms....but they returned both packages to me saying that i should to that, and send the complete package again.. by that time, my NOC was full.... :(

and no, they kept the money, since that was a processing fee, which is non-refundable. they also kept the whole package with everything: all the forms, original documents, photos... all of it. i just received an email with an explanation.

Hello guys,

Can you please help me out with this issue?

We received our MR today from NDVO. The MR is for our entire family except my new born who I added into my application last week.

Should I ask NDVO to send a MR for the new born or should just wait for them to send it to me?

Any suggestions are appreciated.

Thanks

Well, I am a silent member of this group. My documents have reached my Immigration Consultant Today and he will be reviewing my documents for any correction required and will be sending it to CIO.

The NOC i will be applying is 0911.. So, for Example, My application reaches CIO by 3rd week of November, How safe i am in this NOC 0911..and approximately in which month i would get my PER. Experts decision and their forecasting will be appreciated.

Thank you. Please keep up the good work of helping people. I can say that i am very much addicted to this forum

@blindman

Really sorry to know that. Well u know the exact reason for rejection, so apply right away if u can obtain original IELTS.

The only benefit u can have from returned app (others usually need to know the reason for rejection) is your original IELTS and any other original u have sent (including ECA report). So, if u can get them re-issued, sent it now. No one knows complexity of EE!!!

If i were at your place, i will apply for original IELTS copy by showing the CIC email as a proof to British Council / IDP. If IELTS duplicate original is taking time, i will send one application ASAP without even waiting for original IELTS by enclosing this rejection email as a proof that i have already submitted original IELTS and send another application IELTS copy is obtained.

FOr both apps, i will include DD........ i know it can cost me extra $ 1-2 K (app fee and courier fee) but i will prefer incurring it rather than risking my chances on EE.

All the best.

Hi friends,

just received response from CIC case specific enquiry :(

Dear Sir/Madam:

Please be advised that your application was returned with all attachments on XXXX. It was deemed incomplete due to a payment issue. A letter of explanation was provided along with the application package.

We do not keep detailed records of each application returned so I am unable to provide more case specific details.

Please note: all returned applications are sent via regular mail to the mailing address as entered on the application package. There is no tracking number. Once the application is mailed, its delivery is the responsibility of the postal service. Applications are not sent via courier.

Thank you for your interest in Canada.

Does anybody knows how long does it takes for application via regular mail to reach Eastern Europe. Since they said it was returned on xxxx I have no idea was it on October, September or will it ever come back (mail has been known to be "lost" or "misplaced" in my country)

At the beginning of 4th June charge period (cca Sep. 19), I have found out that my bank changed cc number and for sure CIC could not charge for fee payment, acted on same day, send pdf of new fee payment form with new cc numbers on case specific enquiry page, original fee payment form sent on same day to CIC center, Nova Scotia via DHL, but I guess it was too late :(

Second question would be actually asking for advice, do I wait for app to return, and send again, or do I wait for 1st Jan. and go for EE.
NOC 2263 is far from being caped, but I do not know will it appear again with EE?

Thank you all

Regards

Is it? $18000 by cash?
We have to declare while flying if we carry more then $10000 as per CIC website..
Its a early question(still waiting for MR :) ) how we can carry that amount but may be later we will discuss about mode of money ...

For people in India, check this out:

http://www.icicibank.ca/faqs/newcomers.htm

You can open an account in India itself, deposit settlement funds in this account. Money in this account can be used as a proof of settlement funds.

And no, I'm not a ICICI employee or affiliate :P :P :P

yep, happened to me. they weren't satisfied with my reference letters, and deducted points from the total of my self calculated points, and i got under 67 and did not meet the points requirement...

after they charge your CC, they undergo in detail review of all of the requirements and calculate the total points.. if they are satisfied with all of it, you obtain PER through email if you've provided one, if not, you will be declined and you also receive an email with a detailed explanation on what they "didn't like" in your app.

Hi Strangersr,

Since your app was returned post cc en-cash, which is really very unfortunate. However, did they return the amount to you ?

When was the first time they returned your package? Because I made the same mistake and sent the old March forms. Though Schedule 3 form is up to date in my package.

I don't think 0911 will be capped ever. By February, you will get PER.

Urgent help needed, please reply with your ideas.

I have just noticed a second error in my background declaration form, I forgot to include an address I had, lived in an eu country while working there.

Earlier, I sent a CSE stating that there is an error in my supplimentary travel information form. I got a reply that my application is either being reviewed or waiting to be reviewed but I can send in additional docs to an address specified, however, I should keep any communication to bearest minimum.
I then prepared and sent the hard copy some 3 weeks ago.

Now, I have noticed a second omission, is it advisable to send a corrected form again? Does an omission of this magnitude constitute any risk?
