@ALL THOSE WHO ARE WORRIED ABOUT DELAY IN CC/DD Charging.
I can see some of the applicants getting worried about CC/DD charges of applicants of later dates. You guys need to understand, CIC working process (no one knows for sure but here is how expert explain it).
1. Applications are reviewed by subject matter specialists, so all IT related NOC are reviewed by IT team, engineering related NOC by Engineer’s team and so on.
2. The strength of NOC team depends on expected application inflow. Therefore, IT related team will have more resources than fields which are not even expected to get filled.
3. The applications are allocated to each resource in batches (may be of 5-10)
4. Every application is unique and every person has its own speed. Therefore, if simplest app goes to fastest processor, it may be reviewed in 1-2 hrs, whereas most complex (more dependents and year experience) gone to slow processor (like me) may take more than a day.
Therefore, it is quite possible that one team is ahead of others by few days or even weeks. Note that these difference in charge dates have always been there. Earlier, during 1st month of processing it was 1-2 days, which extended to 3-4 days in 3rd month of processing and now to more than a week. At that time we used to say “CIC is working parallel on 2-3 days of application). The reason behind is that the team, which was initially fast (may be due to workload, number of apps per day for specific field, average complexity of apps received in that field etc) has gone further ahead and the other teams are still struggling to catch up.
Most importantly, initially inflow of new apps per day was high and the difference was not that apparent. Now, as the number of new apps has reduced, it has become more apparent/visible. In absolute terms, the difference may be only 100-150 apps and remain constant but earlier it was matter of 2-3 days, now it has become 2-3 weeks.
Don’ forget, some apps (may be 5-10%) are placed for “senior management” review for audit of the whole process. Its just to monitor performance of reviewers through sampling, nothing to worry about. You must have heard that IELTS result of few candidates get delayed beyond usual 13 days, as their results are selected as “SAMPLE” to add authenticity. Same is the case here. Btw, all such apps are counted towards the cap before placing for “audit review” only charging is made after finalization. This also explains some apps being charged 1-2 weeks after “CAP” full.
There is nothing to worry about, unless apps related to ur NOC and date have been charged for more than a week. I have been to the same situation when my app (9th May) was charged 2-3 days after first charge of 9th May applicants. I do understand that in such situation, nothing can calm your nerves but I have tried my level best to explain the situation in different ways. Stay calm and pray hard.
All the BEST.
