We (Applicants) control the application submission, and the CIC controls the execution of their process. No point in venting over something we do not control. One thing I have learn't is that this is an exercise in patience. Yes, some people end up waiting 123 days while, others only 80. But, that is life, isnt it. Unfortunate, but it is what it is. I was trying to explain how it would mean a difference of 15-20 days in the eventual landing date. If you focus on that, it doesn't seem like an injustice, given the winter months wouldnt anyway be a good time to land.

They control shit. Because their OB 572 says that applications are considered on first-come-first-served basis. And they do it for a couple of months, then stop updating caps, and then get to prioritizing applicants to their liking. CIO is very loyal to their instructions when it comes to a mistake in application though.

And I don't have to land btw since I am already in Canada, and when people PAY for something here, they want to get treated as customers and go to court if it is not the case. Tomorrow they are off btw, so everybody of second sort NOCs do enjoy the wait!

I have applied under university professors and lecturer category and my application is received on 3oth october 2014. In how much time i will get a reply from CIC.If my application is rejected then how much time they will take to notify me.

why are they running after 2171 and 2173 ?? If they are charging august guys, then I am sure they must be in a hurry to finish the completeness check for September applications of 2171 and 2173.

Any CC charging recently for 1112, after it is capped 1000?????
