I am not against what is happening with 2171/2173 but other NOCs should also get their fair share of acting fast in sending their applications.

Actually I'm not against 21XX at all, they are not responsible for anything, they will not get accepted unless they deserve it.
My concern is the Logic & justice which was expected.

If they want to clear all the hot NOC first so, completeness check is enough for that, no need to........ all other applications as they doesn't exist.

I share the same view of some here about charging the CC for hot NOCs like 2171 an 2173 will benefit the rest of other non-hot NOCs in the long run.

By charging the CC for those hot NOCs, CIC can confirm number of applicants that will be in the cap for those hot NOCs that will help them to announce and eventually to send back all the remaining applications waiting in the mail room.

For those non-hot NOCs which will remain open until end of the FSW14 cycle, all applications will be processed as long as the package is complete.

I don't care about the long run. Immagine there is a queue in front of the store where you have waited for 10 hours, and when you are about to enter some smartass employee comes out and starts to pick people from the line according to his liking. Does this metaphor ring a bell?

Should I inform VO regarding the change of passport via e-mail? can i send them the scanned copy of passport? If yes, can you please give me the e-mail Id in which should i send it?

Please check with your bank..to be doubly sure, the cc is enabled for international and "specifically" CIC. All the best! They do some cases goof up big time!

Hello TRK1, I had used my Amex cc information to fill up the payment form and had already informed them couple of times that there will be a transaction amount 1100 CAD that will be charged during the month of Nov.

I have applied for FSWP under category 4011. CIC received my application on 23/05/2014, and the fee has been en cashed by 30/09/2014, but I didn't get PER till date. :( :( . What will I do? How can I get information about my application???? :'(

100% Agree. No point in panicking over this. CIC is just being smart about using their resources so they can cap certain codes and prevent extra administrative work load. It actually may help everyone because that might free up resources from the completeness check part of the process, once all of these codes get capped.

May I also remind people that all of us anyway likely will plan on landing next year summer (May to Aug 2015). The winter (Canada) is already set in and looks to be a bad one. Would be a bad idea to land during the winter months, for people not used to it. Whereas, if you land in the summer, you get a few months to find your bearing and acclimatize. I am also told that employers put out more job vacancies during the summer months. For those who have kids, the next school term begins 1st September 2015. So, a 15 day delay is not worth fretting over. Spend the time learning about the place.

Hey ...
I guess its either of the two:
1. CIC has picked up a couple of NOCs and targeting to finish them up so charging CCs for that probably... (they actually could do that with completeness checks, didnt necessarily have to go the CC charging route)
2. Few fake ids have been created to disrupt peace of the forum (more likely)

time will tell how true these posts were ...

Grooby, FYI am not a new member in this forum. And even am suprised for this early charge, can check my Profile stats application sent date Aug 21st.
