Edit: I was just about to have dinner when my cell pinged, and there it was....1250 CAD transaction on my CC.

Really !!!!!!!!!!!! Enjoy Brother.......But it's really surprise and question on functioning of CIC.It means they have put all 2171 and 2173 applicant on charging and they are randomly got charged.

Why no 1112 charge today which was capped last week.It means cap update was not based upon on completeness check because if it is then there should be people from this list.

what's going on...really confusing.

I raised a query with my bank regarding DD 22nd July/ 1400$/NOC 2131
here is the reply I got

"Dear Manish,

I will raise fresh query in two days, Till then best of luck to everybody waiting to be charged or

The Latest DD Charged is 15th Jul. You make to wait for couple of days to 5 days. You will hear good news soon.

My prediction is it's too late to apply under 2171 now.

I was originally planning to apply for FSW under 2173 this year, but as it is too late now.. I have all the forms and documents ready which I could use for EE next year Jan 2015..It could save lot of time in filling all these forms..

I have one question when filling one of the FWS forms (Schedule 3 Economic class); there is a question:
"Do you have an offer of employment in Canada?"

I am currently in Canada working for my company on Intra company transfer (Closed WP). Given my scenario should I select Yes or No for the above question. Since it is Intra company transfer there is no LMO required, so If I select "Yes" for the above question and select "No" for LMO, will that cause any issues?

Please provide your expert views..Thanks..

I don't know how would I be knowing becAuse I have submitted DD from HDFC and payment is already withdrawn by them while preparing the DD.

So how would I be knowing???

My case is little different, My DD was made in Canada itself and hence will take just one day to clear once presented
thus I am expecting it to get en-cashed earlier !

Update on CC charge. The update is for my friend who is not in the SS.

Application date - 20 August 2014
CC Charge date - 11 November 2014 (Time 3:56 am IST)

CIC is working at lightening speed now.
