Dear friends,

I paid my application via money order which was sent along with the documents. This money order was paid by my consultant. My question is: Is there a way to track if this money order was withdrawn at ScotiaBank by CIC ? My app was received on July, 31st and it seems that they started charging 30th.

will CIC accept files after December 31.... My frnd wants to apply in property admin whch is very cold...
pls help with your information it is very crucial know before start processing....

Yes, they will accept apps till 30th April 2015, unless a new ministerial instruction comes into effect which cuts short FSWP2014.
But to be on the safer side, ask your friend to submit docs ASAP.

You can write to cio to inquire about your application. I wish you get PER before cio reply on your query.

Hello Seniors,

I am 29th May applicant and after a long wait, finally received the MR email on 8th Nov from NDVO requesting for further documents along with Medical. I would like to take your valuable feedback/suggestions on the below before i proceed ahead on the next steps :

1. Though i already submitted the original PCC's (both mine & wife) along with my application, i further got a request from NDVO stating "From each country/state where the residence period has been six months or longer since the age of 18, provide an original police clearance certificate for yourself from India." Now what does that mean ? Did anyone else got the same request from NDVO even after submitting the PCCs already ?

2. My wife is expecting and the date given by the doctor is end of January. Do i need to intimate NDVO about this ? If yes, how this is going to impact the processing timelines ? or else we need to go with our medicals for the time being ?

Your help would be much appreciated.

Can you exactly tell me what I should do? Should I include a cover letter? Will it work or it just may work? Can I send an email or i should post the form?

Yes, definitely include a cover letter with your name, DoB and address in top section. Explain them what is wrong with CVV and the behavior of the PDF form. Acting fast is in your best interests. Good luck!
