I Believe chances will be low... but its better to send even if there is 1% chance rather to curse yourself later.

I claimed 5 points for my real sister living in canada. There is a confusion, my sister writes "Y" in her name spelling instead of "I" after her marriage. The documents till her marriage certificate all represent "I". I was able to get an affidavit sent from her duly stamped canadian oath commissioner claiming that I am her real brother and applying for fsw 2014.

Is there anything which can cause a problem? She is a citizen overthere and she had submitted my data when she got PR as the background and family information.

when i submitted my file, i forget to put the barcode on the top of my application. I clipped it at the end of the Generic From. Do you think this would make a problem?

You wont make into cap as per view..
NOC 2173 currently at 699 .. Sep and october applicant are still waiting to get into cap
Better you can try on NOC 2172 instead of 2173.. Good luck

You need to check first the status of your NOC. If it has crossed 400 by now, there are very slim chances to be in cap. As per normal, it is taking 3 to 4 months for what you have asked.

This shouldn't be a problem. I assume you included evidence with your application to prove that she is living in Canada (e.g. salary statements, utility bills, credit card statements, tax returns, etc.)?

But what i heard is this data is updated every week with all the applications they have accepted. This is what my consultancy has told me. Are they cheating me...
