Hi Guys, especially the seniors and 2171 applicants. I did some excel working on my chances of falling within cap. Let me know if the below makes sense or it is just wishful thinking. the 'Update as of date' is from the last rejected app date that we know from this forum. The 3rd and 4th columns are predictions only. In your opinion, how far do you think I am from reality?

did anyone got another IELTS TRF (result copy) in India? if yes can share the procdure?
i sent an email 2 days back, and at their call center in India no body is picking up and getting line disconnected around after 7 mins automatically..

Send an copy of FIR , your passport copy, trf copy and draft of 1750 for designated organisation which had conducted ilets exam they will send it with in 3 days.

for IDP,
jst download the form,
attach DD Rs.250 for simple mail and 1250 (confirm it, might be 1150 from website) for courier,
attach passport copy and ielts result copy,
write that u want it to apply for another noc in FSWP2014

u will get it in 15 dayz

just mention that u r applying in another noc...that it....and for IDP its RS.250 only through regular mail...

One of my friend got his application back mentioning Reference letter provided by her employer does not shows clearly that she performs all the duties
mentioned in her reference letter. Now,she has got the reference letter again from the same employer with job duties , (she is performing ) in detail and ready to resend her application but under different NOC. Will there be any issue.

no issue until ur job duties are same for both NOC,
or this time include job duties of both NOC ( include 100% job duties of current NOC and atleast 70% of previous NOC)

The road is clear for that NOC. You could submit application until end of this year's FSW program (Sometime before April 2015).

but visa consultants are saying and also other people are saying that FSW will be closed in December'2014 and express entry will start.

I'm not sure if they will allow us to extend the whole medicals. Will request them.

I don't think it is worth getting X-ray at this point because based on previous similar cases, the VO won't issue you visas until the baby is born. They will hold the application and issue you visas only after the baby is born and added to the application. You should directly contact the visa office by email and postpone the medicals.
