This horse has been beaten a thousand times already here. Where did you get the red part from? Did CIC say that? Also, just because this information comes from the person that runs this forum doesn't mean he is right. He was wrong last year about who qualifies for FSW.

For all we know, even CIC might not know what exactly they are going to do come January. The situation as it stands right now is: current applications will run through April 2015 UNLESS CIC comes out with another official statement. Since this is a possibility, it is best to apply within Dec 2014.

many start assuming things after reading comments which are not facts, like CIC caps are PER based which was proved wrong by recent CAPs. Everyone has their interpretations of a statement.

Friends,

Just want to check about RPRF..? Right for permanent fee, read somewhere that it is paid at the time of MR etc. However my consultant told me that there is no fee charged post the initial CC charge..? Can someone pleae clarify that there is no fee payable post the initial charge of $1400 for 2 adults and 2 children.

Thanks,
Kris

this was published on 26th april and cap page is updated on a regular basis so which one is more recent??

Anyway i really dont care if its till april or dec......

but in my opinion any1 who wishes to apply ahould do it by dec as you rightly said.

The website had been saying the same thing since April. It's not a recent thing. In any case, it is not difficult for CIC to change things, so in all likelihood they might change the deadline to December.

I am just a little tired that every day somebody pops up and announces that the current program ends in December using the same old info.

Guys,

Express Entry seems to override the present process of FSWP applications (They way they are accepting applications for FSWP).

It is clearly mentioned that: Quick facts

These are the last FSWP, FSTP and CEC applications that will be accepted under the current system before Express Entry launches in January 2015.

From the above,As per my understanding, FSWP program will remain exist, but the way they accept and process the future applications will be different.

The consultant is absolutely wrong here. Everybody must pay RPRP fees before PR visas can be issued. The fees are $490 per person and will be asked by VO during or after medicals.

Apologies, i meant this only.
EE will kick in so way of acceptance will change.

And this is my last remark on this topic. None of my concern. :D
