"FSW ends April 30, 2015, and not one minute before, unless a new Ministerial Instruction is issued."

We have no information whether or not Chris - the Minister for Citizenship and Immigration - will issue a new instruction before the EE begins.

To be safe you should file your app before December 31st, as the lawyer mentioned. But it may as well continue until April 30, 2015.

But it states clearly "These are the last applications we will accept under the current system before Express Entry launches in January 2015". All applications received in Jan'15 will fall under Express Entry. This will definitely affect many applicants who still are preparing applications/ haven't yet started.Moreover the link comes from the person who actually runs this forum(website).

Also is this confirmed that the last returned application is from 28 Aug?If so is it possible to create a entry on the SS for that.

please guide us with ur advice
it can really change someone's life

I have a friend who was rejected in July 2013 and he is not allowed to apply till 13th july 2015
My question is if WE SUPPOSE the program will accept the applications till THE END OF APRIL 2015

considering his inadmissibility till July 2015 ,can he send his application before that deadline ( APRIL 2015 )? because due to the large number of applicants it may take around 3-4 months for CIC to start processing his application ,therefore after July they may consider his application ? and it will be after the 2 years of deprivation ?
AM I right? or still he cant apply ?WHAT SHOULD HE DO? Sad

ps:his NOC is not hot at all ( less than 30 )

is the deadline to send application in April 2015 or its just a rumor?

So sorry but your friend cannot apply. Applications are locked based on the date they are received not the date they are opened. As from July 2015 when he will eligible to apply to Canada again, he can retry through various other immigration programs.

NO, he can't send it before July 2015. Regardless of when CIC actually processes his application, the status of his application on the date that the application was received will be considered.

This horse has been beaten a thousand times already here. Where did you get the red part from? Did CIC say that? Also, just because this information comes from the person that runs this forum doesn't mean he is right. He was wrong last year about who qualifies for FSW.

For all we know, even CIC might not know what exactly they are going to do come January. The situation as it stands right now is: current applications will run through April 2015 UNLESS CIC comes out with another official statement. Since this is a possibility, it is best to apply within Dec 2014.

Dear Folks,

After long frequent reading the FSW 2014 information portal, I realized that this is platform where one can get at least a counselling and current information. I just sent my particulars under the NOC 0111 Finance Manager, I just wann'a know that my photos were according to specification , e.g crown to chin 26mm with white background and with whole size 35 mmx 45mm, but I wonder that on my photos there is light grey outline around the photographs, please share would it be problem for me ???

"A maximum of 25 500 new complete applications submitted for the Federal Skilled Worker Class, without an offer of arranged employment, will be considered for processing for the period of May 1, 2014, to April 30, 2015, unless otherwise indicated in a future Ministerial Instruction."

This statement comes from their gazette here: http://gazette.gc.ca/rp-pr/p1/2014/2014-04-26/html/notice-avis-eng.php

Any official changes in regulations will HAVE to be published in gazettes as ministerial instructions, and there haven't been any after the above one. So, again, UNLESS CIC comes out with another ministerial instruction changing the deadline for the current FSW program, it will run through April 30, 2015.

this was published on 26th april and cap page is updated on a regular basis so which one is more recent??

Anyway i really dont care if its till april or dec......

but in my opinion any1 who wishes to apply ahould do it by dec as you rightly said.
