what is the significance of NER email and money will also not returned...........why they are not checking this in step 2??? if the application is not meeting the eligibilty criteria then why are they charging it..they have to straightway return that file...

I think your's is LVO. Better to expect an answer fro LVO applicants. Sorry that I am not able to be of much help here.

1) Did they receive any sort of Verification (Call or Physical) before 2nd line has been added
2) After verification in how many days they received request for Medical
3) Did they receive all 3 (MR, PCC & RPRF)
4) Whats Their NOC ?

attach a cover letter stating that the situation ...

State ur name+DOB+PP number+UCI (if any)+NOC code+ Date of rcvd...

Also email them to below ID (write "URGENT" on the subject of the email) with the scanned copy of the form.


E-Mail Address for Enquiry about application:

Consider the above without space.

Please include below info on the email body:

Put ur Passport Number
Put ur Date of Birth
Put ur Full Name
UCI Number (if any)
NOC code
App rcvd date

Remember, rest of the things up to CIC that whether they will accept it or not....But several applicant's additional doc has been accepted by CIC on FSW14 or earlier...

i recieved MR on 31 oct

and i went medicals on 5th nov

After how many days will i see the 3rd line in the ECAS?
as i believe its the only way to know if my medicals went allright

If the Clinic sent the medicals and didn't contact you to redo the tests the results are 100% alright.

I submitted bank certificate showing by savings balance as POF along with my application . I am getting a chance to buy a flat in india, in this case i need to withdraw atleast 80% amount from my account to buy this property and can i show this flat as POF if in case VO asks for an updated one later on. Flat will be on my spouse name.

In a couple of days after they recieve the passport copies. Actually it's PPR1.

They won't accept realty as POF because it is not easily transferable money.
