If you are not claiming points for your employment with MoD, it is irrelevant to the processing of your application. Good luck!

Thanks Diplomatru!

APPLICATIONS INCLUDED IN CAPPING
Note:-Website provides an estimate only of the applications included in the cap.

Stage 1-Application unchecked (not opened) is not counted as being received.
-When you mail CIC, if your application is at stage 1 you will receive a reply that there is no record of yours with them.

Stage 2-Application checked for completeness is counted as received. Once application is checked and seen as complete
it is counted as submission.
At stage 2, the CIC officers do the following:-
1. Check that all forms are properly filled and completed.
2. Check that forms are signed and dated.
3. Relevant copies of documentary evidence are submitted along with the application.
Note:-Your application will be marked with pencil or red pen and you will be assigned UCI #
Condition 1: If stage 2 is not satisfactory, application will be returned and not charged.
Condition 2: If stage 2 is satisfactory, application goes into processing and charged.
All applications at condition 2 will be counted towards CAPPING.

Stage 3: Eligibility review
Stage 2 goes into further processing where applications are checked against the 6 factors of the FSWP.
All applications that go into stage 3 will be charged with no refund and this may attract either:
1. PER-Positive Eligibility Review
2. NER-Negative Eligibility Review

At this point, you will receive an email from CIC about a PER or NER.
From this point if you receive a PER mail with UCI #, application # & receipt # and your file will be transferred
to your local visa office for further processing.
For a NER, you will receive a mail stating that your application can't be processed further for not meeting the
eligibility requirements of FSW.

Bro I had refusal at stage 2 , due to capping in FSWP 2013 although my forms and copies of passport had red pen mark and they also issued me UCI no............................. How u see this case

Dear friends,

I need an advise here regarding a request from local visa office.

I received MR email request last month and there is a statement in the email "To update your physical description, please provide the eye colour and height for yourself and all of your accompanying family members" I checked the forms that I sent at the time of the application and there is no missing information about eye color or height. Any thoughts???

Would I send an email to CPC-CTD-Ottawa@cic.gc.ca includes the info that CPC requests? OR Send it by mail?

Please help

Just send them the details they asked, send it in a mail and an email as well. I don't think email will help but send send it in both the forms.

I was advised my PR documents had been mailed from the London VO a while back but am still to receive them. What delivery method is used by the London VO and how may I track

Thank you for this information. I found a FAQ for Case Processing Centre – Ottawa and it says:

I need to send documents that are part of the application process. Where do I send them?
Scan and e-mail documents (other than police certificates) to: CPC-CTD-Ottawa@cic.gc.ca

This is the link

Waiting is the name of the game for applying pr to canada. All throughout the process, you'll have to wait for your turn. A lot of factors to consider with the speed of the process but we don't have to dwell in these details. Keep on praying and havr faith that we are destined for God's plan for us. God bless us all.
