Depends on the VO. You will need to submit PCC when asked by VO. The deadline for submission can be 30 days in some VOs, 45 in others (eg. NDVO) or 60 days (ottawa). If you need to submit a PCC then it is a good idea to get the process of getting it started after receiving PER.

Hey Pal..... you can send you application right away as firstly sending a transcript is not mandatory for CIC. Its an optional document. What mandatory is to send degree and marksheets of your highest education credential & secondly CIC has not mentioned anywhere that transcripts sent should be in sealed envelope. Its WES and other education credential organisations who request for transcripts to be sent in sealed envelopes.

In my passport,my permanent address is written as "Khalshi, Daulatpur,Manikganj", i.e. my village name is mentioned as "Khalshi". But unfortunately in my marriage certificate, permanent address is "Khulshi , Daulatpur,Manikganj" (Spelling of my village KHULSHI instead of KHASHI). apart of village name, everything is ok (like P.S. , District).
Should i consider this as a major discrepancy??

No there is nothing to worry. if you want you can attach an affidavit or even clarify in cover letter, though its a minor issue.

looks like it, but does'nt look like a valid one.

Medical date is given as 11/11, and app send date is 5/20 which is quite strange.. NDVO will suddely does'nt pick an app IN THE MIDDLE, leaving hunders before.

One of my freind wants to apply in noc 2171, all documents are ready and he can his application by thursday.

considering that the cap is 553 , is there any chance he will get into the cap if sends his app by 13th Nov?

i am sending my documents .

just need to know how to separate the documents . like do i clip them or what ? <-- It's up to you. They will remove all the staples, clips and stickers anyways. Plain stack of paper is okay too.

i need to put in a covering letter . is there a particular format or whom should it be addressed to ? <-- No, there're no official requirements. Just make it as straightforward and clear as possible.

payslips for job- original ? <-- Plain photocopies (if they are in English or French, otherwise - notarized copies with official translation). Payslips are not mandatory.


do i write my name on back of dd ? <-- Have no idea, I used CC, sorry
