If you can get supporting documents for NOC 2172, then by all means apply through it. Right now its almost impossible to know the status of any of the hot NOCs due to the delayed cap update. 2172 is the safest of all IT NOCs, so you would be safe if you submit anytime this year.

Given these numbers any predictions on 2173 - Will it get filled if I apply by Dec 2nd week

I am 100% sure I wrote the correct postal code which is B1P 5Z2

why it shows my application has been delivered to another postal code

I have a question. My CC was charged on 5th nov. Whenever I do any transaction with my CC I receive an email. this time i did not receive any, so i contacted my bank. they said the money has not yet received by cic even though they have approved the transaction. is it normal one?

@ Harshil, I see you have posted this query more than 10 times on the forum.
You can expect CC charged in the next week & PER after that . So B+ve & don't lose hope.

These Numbers are probably for applications recd at CIC upto 15th-20th August.(maybe a little more as well).
2173 is out of question for Dec applications. There is an outside chance for 2171.

Hi,

I got my PER mail on 2nd October, 2014. The ECAS status is just showing that "We received your application for permanent residence on June 5, 2014." There is no further update on current status and the file being transferred to NDVO office etc.

In this situation what should be done -

1. Inform the NDVO office directly at the link below

2. Wait for further update from the CIC/NDVO.

Pls suggest.

You should wait for 10-15 days more as wait time between PER and MR request is 45-60 days...
So do not worry, by end of november or 1st week of december you will get the update....

Perfectly normal. It takes time for payment to be cleared. How much time depends on the bank.

purolator.com shows my package has been delivered to another postal code and also the name of signatory has never got any other applications

Friend! I think there is no need to worry. my application was delivered to Mcneil by the same courier company Purolator, and I received exactly the same address as you mentioned, so even if there is a change in the Postal code, I think nothing is alarming since this company "Purolator" is dealing with many international courier companies like TNT, DHL, and Aramex, and has delivered hundreds of FSW applications to CIO.

Check your courier receipt, what is the code mentioned in the receipt?
Also you can go to the office of courier company and check their systems and know what is the address they have entered, they write down address on receipt and their systems from your package...
