ILETS Result Expiry During Case Processing

Dear Members,

I have sent my application on 06-10-2014, which is received @ CIC, Sydney, CA on 14-10-2014.

My ILETS result is going to expire in February 2015. I have 2 questions:

1- If my ILETS result expire before i got PER then will CIC return my application?
2- If i get PER before expiry of my ILETS exam then will CIC ask me to take ILETS again?

Hello Seniors !

I sent 3 PCCs of different cities in India along with my application. Surat, Mumbai and Mohali.

Currently, I'v been living in Mohali since March 2010.

I'm about to get my MR. Do I have to send only Mohali PCC with MR?

Surat and Mumbai PCCs have not any validity written on them but Mohali PCC is valid for 3 months only. I'm a 22nd May applicant.

Please suggest.

Only one PCC for India is required irrespective of how many ever cities you have lived in.

My application with DD, ( SBI) made from India , and it favor to SBI in Toronto...... not in NS
will it delay the process.............means 18 aug application ,

when I can expect any feedback, I already sent query email to CIC on 5th Nov.

International DDs are country specific and not city specific. Your DD can be cashed any where in Canada.

Fellows, how have people been informed about receipt of RFPR Fee? I paid it online 15 days ago, however, I sent an email to the case officer on October 27th. I also sent the additional documents via DHL on October 27th which were received October 29th.

How and when should I expect RFPR Fee receipt acknowledged?

They are waiting for confirmation from PMO office regarding date availability of Narendra Modi to inaugrate and issue 1st PPR for NDVO for FSW 2014 and who would be that lucky one to get it from hands of NAMO... 8) 8)

depends on the person who checks your file. There was a member (not remembering the name) whose application was rejected for this very reason of IELTS expiry after application was submitted to CIC.
He fought for his case and got his application approved. CIC reversed their decision.

I have a query regarding MR (NDVO).

I got MR req on 2nd week of Oct, but i didn't got the second mail which contains e-medical form. My consultant told me that i cannot do medical without e-medical form. This week i called the hospital and they told that e-medical form is not necessary, they have my UCI and IME number and so i can do medical. And my consultant told me if they allow to do medical without form, then its fine.Now
1. Hospital don't need e-medical form
2. Consultant need only the medical bill receipt to sent to NDVO

Then what is the significance of e-medical form. Any one who done medical, please suggest

You NEED the pdfs to undergo medicals. The email will contain an email address to send query to if you did not receive pdfs with the email. Contact them asap. If possible, copy and paste the email contents taking off sensitive/private information.

Dear, you have to prove that you have not committed any crime since the age of 18. How would you do that?

One PCC is sufficient for this purpose as data (defaulters list) from all over India is checked before PCC is issued to you.

Hi - I am pretty new to this forum.. I am reading through all your posts. This is GREAT..

I need your expert thoughts..

I have 9+ years of experience in IT and I came to CANADA on a closed WP on June 2014 and I am not aware of this FSW program at that point..(Sitll in CANADA)

Now I have all the documents ready for FSW and I will taking my IELTS on Nov 22..

I was planning to apply under 2173 but it looks like by reading the post, it will be HIGHLY Impossible to fall under this CAP this year: Any comments?

So i am planning to apply under 2172 - Database analysts and data administrators or 2171 Information systems analysts and consultants.

Could you please provide your expert advice on which one should I select given that the earliest i can apply is aroun Dec 2nd week right after getting my IELTS score..

I profile fits to both 2171 or 2172...I will try to push my employer to get an experience letter.

Since I am running out of time..Appreciate immediate suggestions...

I applied on June 6 and application received on June 9. My IELTS result expired on June 15. I got PER on Oct 15. your IELTS should be valid on submission date. same with PCC inqueries, your PCCs should be valid on submission dates. So do not worry you will not have to give IELTS again. Good Luck with process.
