Jaxon, I don't feel that mentioning more job duties will make your application weak.A person can mention more than 15 duties as far as the duties he is performing are genuine.

If you read carefully, I didn't say IT WILL make application weak, but I said IT COULD backfire which in more simpler English means that additional job duties may indicate that profile matches with a different NOC. But the core of the message is that when it comes to number of points about job duties, the general rule "the more the better" doesn't apply.

And who signed it HR or your manager or is it self declared ?
Agreed with Manish. My experience letter was also some what similar to yours but mine had covered around 80% of job duties mentioned on my NOC and was printed on my organisation's letter pad.

indeed it is on company's letter head, signed/ stamped by my line manager.

Should your ref letter be on company letter head with authorized person stamp and sign and contact information ?
Also why you have not put job role from and to date for each role ?

Did you submit your sal stubs ? Employment letter etc ? Not a must. I did !

yes, it was con letter head, sign, stamped having contact info as well. i believe it was dictated by the effected dated column.

i havn't provided sal stubs but annual tax certificate that includes annual income as well.

any idea what needs to be changed in next try ...

Mine is also the same case !!! I am not getting why NDVO is pausing my application for MR. If we see the FSW list we can found MR has started being received by the June applicants also....

Daily i check ECAS status but it show details not found.

BUT I JUST CHECKED again and now it is different & showing:

My Address on the right corner,
My Name in middle left and in front of it , it is showing IN PROCESS, and when i click over it says - "We received your application for permanent residence on July 14, 2014."

So does i conclude, my PER is on the way and i cleared the first stage.... ?

Hi to all! I have already sent my second application last November 6 and it is expected to be received by the CIO by November 13 per FEDEX Tracking


I just have a concern on the IMM5612E (10-2014)E .

While filling this up last October, I'm pretty sure that this was still August 2014. I also checked it before I send. Although I've been reading comments in this forum that some have cache problems etc. I really tried it numerous times.

I've proof-read it already and nothing changed.

The form is the DOCUMENT CHECKLIST.

Will it affect my application for return?

They update it every tueaday so I think you will get your details on ECAS by next tuesday.
Also try to put your full name or full last nameS...

@ manish baissoya I just registered to tell you my observation about the reason for the rejection. Notice that in your employment reference letter, you showed only effective date, no end date. It should be continuous, no evidence of continuous 1 year except on your annual income. There should be correlation between the dates on your annual income and Cv (tabular form). Well this is my opinion: I suggest you make necessary adjustments and resubmit.

I have the same problem, I sent my application on October 24 and the page was modified on that day. But I really do not know the exact day when the checklist was updated I sent the old one
