Jaxon911 all this they check before charging the payment or after charging the payment ?

I think they check this at every level. You can imagine that a completeness check is done by a junior person who is responsible for making sure that everything is complete and work experience is acceptable. After which payment is charged, your app is put into processing and final the PER decision is taken by a senior member, (s)he is authorized to sign the documents and certify that (s)he is satisfied with the evidence that candidate is capable to establish him/her-self financially in Canada.

It is highly unlikely that the senior member would disagree with what junior person concluded at completion check stage, however it is possible that senior member is not satisfied so (s)he may refuse the application even after charging.*

*T&C: This is based on observation and understanding of how the ideally the process would work. Actual process may differ significantly, in which case I assume no responsibility of the outcome of your application!

is it complete letter ? 2 pages

is it on Company letter head ?

who signed it ?

Sorry to hear the news mate. Make sure to update all your forms before you send it. When did you send your application to cio? Are you a july/august applicant?

1. There is no format needed for work ex letter as long as it's genuine and contains all details mentioned on document checklist
2. That is difficult to say since there has been no cap update since almost a month, but what other option do you have? Only cost you will incurr is courier cost may be about US$50? so you should send your app ASAP without considering this, in whichever NOC your experience matches the best
3. You need to send a new file, with update forms as of the day when sending the application

I think if you mentioned too many job duties to cover everything possible for NOC then it could backfire because it'd create a degree of vagueness and also can show sign of desperate attempt to qualify rather than genuine attempt to demonstrate your real profile.

I'd suggest one should have precise job duties in 4-5 points in well structured format. Your overall work experience is considered, so other factors such as how well you're paid (compared to average salary in your country of residence) and how confident your overall profile looks does influence the direction in which VO is thinking. Try to be genuine and straightforward.

All the best!

Jaxon, I don't feel that mentioning more job duties will make your application weak.A person can mention more than 15 duties as far as the duties he is performing are genuine.

Seniors, what you say??

@ hmrizwan

Bro, is your reference letter is on Company's letter head ?
And who signed it HR or your manager or is it self declared ?

Because format and Duties looks fine to me.

Should your ref letter be on company letter head with authorized person stamp and sign and contact information ?
Also why you have not put job role from and to date for each role ?

Did you submit your sal stubs ? Employment letter etc ? Not a must. I did !

Sheray
