Dear experts..

Asking this question on behalf of a friend!!

His app was received in last week of July

Problem : There are many mistakes in the application - BC is not in correct format and has wrong details for place of birth and mother's name compared to passport, X class certificate attached; VO mentioned wrong; Kid's passport not attached; Only one job reference letter for the last held position (for 5 years experience with 2 promotions in the same company);1 year of fake exp (when he took a break of 1 year for personal reasons and consultant didn't like that 1 year gap, and made him put fake exp in a friend's company - this would also count for his NOC). His consultant hurried him up and he couldn't do any research.

After thorough understanding of the process and mistakes (his consultant called them silly mistakes and need not worry at all), on my suggestion he is applying again for a cold NOC with his wife being primary applicant with 100% genuine information, bypassing the consultant.

Now, question is what to do with the first application? His consultant is not ready to withdraw. He is confused as to withdraw it now or after receiving PER for his wife? By then, CIC might have entered all the details into the database and later the family might run into problem of misrepresentation. On the otherhand, both of us are positive that the first app would be rejected atleast for single reference letter only for last held position. He didn't get any mail till now. CIC may charge anytime for his first app now.

Sorry for the long story. Please advise.

*censored word* that consultant.... After all he is charging for his Experience and Expertise in filing the Immigration VISAS. How the HELL he can say in sweet and simple words that he forgot to include one FORM. TRULY and SURELY.. SUE HIM

Boss - sue him. As they are lawyers registered under Canadian regulations, sue them so they lose the 'right to practice' and represent further clients before CIC. Sue them for 'emotional loss', 'incompetency', 'carelessness', 'unprofessional attitude'. I am not sure where are you from but you can sue them in local courts. Teach a lesson that they will always remember.

Anybody has idea what is the latest DD encashment date by CIC?? How much time lags between CC Charge and DD encashment date??

Since my passport is getting expired in few months my consultant asked me to renew the passport
I renewed and yet to receive the passport... Now I am concerned as July cc is happening and
my old passport is no longer valid... Please advice....

The latest DD encashment date is 14th July. CC is 22nd July. So, I believe difference is around 8 days.

What the issue bro? It will take months to get passport request. So nothing to be worried at all.

Dude, if you are still following the forum, hearing the news I thought of you. Why? Well, I've been following the forum from the get-go, and remember when you shared that you sat in the consultant's office till laaaaate at night just to make sure it got dispatched in front of you. I thought, man! this is one crazy desperate dude. Today I understood the wisdom of your actions. Lesson for all with consultants - take responsibility of your app till it gets dispatched and delivered - its your future on line, not the agent's.

19th June, 0013 applicant update. Consultant just received the package back today. Reason is beyond insane. He 'missed' one page of the Schedule 3 form... An immaculate, meticulous application, and he managed to ruin it while despatching. I don't have words... I actually do have plenty of words just none polite enough for a public forum. Am on my way to his office now, will resend the app hopefully on Monday Inshallah. Have to obtain updated bank certificates

I don't think that will be a problem.
You will be asked to submit the updated copy of your passport.
may be now or at the time of your medicals

Experts,

I have my PCC issued in July-2014 and expecting MR/PCC request in December.

Would that be okay if I provide the same PCC or will I be required to obtain a new one..??

It is OK to provide PCC of July 2014 as PCC are valid for 1 year if not mentioned specifically otherwise...

At the time of application your passport should have validity of 1 year left, if that was the case the dont worry, also would recommend you to update CIC with your new passport details and copies...

Hello Seniors !

I sent 3 PCCs of different cities in India along with my application. Surat, Mumbai and Mohali.

Currently, I'v been living in Mohali since March 2010.

I'm about to get my MR. Do I have to send only Mohali PCC with MR?

Surat and Mumbai PCCs have not any validity written on them but Mohali PCC is valid for 3 months only. I'm a 22nd May applicant.

Please suggest.
