One of my friend want to apply as FSW 2014 but problem is 3 years before he had applied as FSW 2011 with fake experience & his application returned with reason that cap is full. UCI number was not mentioned on letter from CIC. Now this year he wants to apply with genuine experience which is in FSW category.

Can he apply? Does CIC keep record of his previous fake experience? Please reply so he can take decision.

The reason for rejection had been mentioned in the letter was " Your application was received after the maximum of 500 complete Federal Skilled Worker applications per NOC 1122 was reached.

Since you did not provide evidence that you have an Arranged Employment Offer, you do not meet the requirements of the Ministerial Instructions and your application is not eligible for processing."

He can apply this time with no issues. They don't keep any data of returned application.

Why there is no update on CIC website regarding the CAP??

I applied under NOC 1112 and the app was received on July 30, 2014. In the spreadsheet before me, there is an entry for July 18, 2014 candidate, who has been charged.... now there will be no one between him and me to give me any idea on CIC cap regarding NOC 1112. Now the only way is to wait until July 30, DD starts charging (as i sent DD).... Does anyone know any off spreadsheet applicant under NOC 1112 who has applied between July 18 and July 30 and their status of payment???

So it is the fault of the bank - untidy job. Anyway, my suggestion, let it go. Don't raise dispute.

shd i inform cic ad ndvo for withdrawl of second app?
please share format of letter n email ids .
i have decided not to raise dispute wid bank.

My file must be under verification at NDVO.
Here my query is that my previous employer organization has been relocated and their ph. No has also changed. I left tht institute on 2012. Ll they enquire for previous job as well.

These things are completely beyond your control, cic understand this fact. You have submitted genuine documents, you have done your best part..... have faith in almighty god and leave it to him.... I am pretty sure you will get good news from NDVO very soon

Yes, safe to send copies of the ref letter and keep original with you.

Would like Century, Future_Canadian, Diplomatru and Ashif also to comment on this.

I agree that you have just to send simple non-notarized copy and it will be sufficient.

Another reason to keep the original is that it might requested to be reviewed if you will be requested to set for an interview.

I submitted my ECA along with my APP. ECA verification took 6 months.

I am still surprised on the delay. I have started preparing new APP.

Do you think I should wait.
