I would like to add my friend applied for the NOC 1112 (Financial and investment analyst) , 26th May applicant and his PER date was 17th September, Still second line not updated in ecas ? Have any one of same NOC get the MR request
please advice how to contact the NDVO

"Permanent Residence
We received your application for permanent residence on May 5, 2014.

We started processing your application on September 8, 2014." - as per the website.

I had just received the e-mail in August that application is eligible for processing and it would be sent to the VO. After which the website updated that my application is in process and the processing has begun.
However, no communication since then. Any help?

Any advise on what and when to expect next communication from SGVO.

Roles n Responsibilities should be with the NOC applied, must have to be described clearly atleast good enough to judge your profile. You can draft on your own, but the authority/employer/senior/hr should stand with that and answerable at the time of Work verification.

Yes I haven't faked any. What ever mentioned is true

Hello Seniors,

I have sent my application with my passport which doesn't have the name of my spouse added. I have sent a notarized copy of my marriage certificate though. Do I need to apply for a new passport (moreover am I allowed to do so?). I realized this during the time I applied for my PCC.

Request your help in this matter

Thanks and Regards
Seems to be not a big deal to me. We don't even add spouses to passports here, marriage certificate is pretty enough.

Sure you can renew your passports at any time. Moreover, when the whole process took several years, many people tended to renew passports as close to visa issuance as possible so that they wouldn't need to bother with this issue in Canada for as long as possible. Just send a photocopy of your new passport bio page to the local visa office.

Its ok dude, but then i have one more question.
I have and submitted all the necessary letters from my previous and present companies, like the employment offer letter, experience and relieving letter, Visa page in passport and all, But they have not mentioned more of my job roles in the letter, i have given declaration for my responsibilities and job roles that i handled during my work.
Do u think this will be the problem

I am really feeling pain to say that this is clear rejection, all other employement documents which you have submitted are optional/can be considered as supporting documents but in the absence of Job duties from employer/supervisor/colleague are of no importance. As reference letter is the main/mendatory document.

My advice is that you prepare new file and file it again. Get another copy of ielts from idp/bc, you already have a spare copy of wes report.

And another advise is that if you have done it through some consultant then kick him away now and do it yourself. I wish if you could have reported this matter on this forum a month or two ago, you would have been in better situation.

Well you still have chance start your process today NOW

Good Luck

Not necessary. Spouse's name in passport is not necessary at all, so no impact in your application.

To the Samaritan, I guess, who is not happy with a lot of noise that we do! So it was acknowledgement of the displeasure, & sorry to him!

I believe there will be no issue. wesay iss over efficiency ki koi khas wajah thi? :)

No its just that I had also applied for Australia before Canada FSW. And I received the MR for Australia and I went for that on 28th. and then on 31st I received the MR for Canada(My final destination).

Incidentally I am in UK at the moment and the panel of doctor for both Australia and Canada is same, and hence the question.

Without MR documents from NDVO, how can you go for medicals ? I believe you are aware you have to get medicals from only DOCs who are in CAN immigration Panel. (not local doctor)

Incidentally I am in UK at the moment and the panel of doctor for both Australia and Canada is same but the cost of medicals is very high in UK. Approx 300£ for each adult.

I asked the doctor and they said it can be done but my Visa consultant has a doubt. So trying to clarify.
