Without MR documents from NDVO, how can you go for medicals ? I believe you are aware you have to get medicals from only DOCs who are in CAN immigration Panel. (not local doctor)

I am posting my question again and is very Urgent!

Could you please advise if it is OK to go for a medical test before receiving the Medical request from NDVO. I received letter on 31st October but went for the medical on 28th October.

Can this create any issue?

Yes, can apply
Of course they do check the records from PP,
Did they clearly mentioned the reason of refusal or due to CAP getting full, was the only reason ?
Coz, work verification comes at later stage so i dont think so this could be step back from Apply again, MOVE AHEAD

Urgent

One of my friend want to apply as FSW 2014 but problem is 3 years before he had applied as FSW 2011 with fake experience & his application returned with reason that cap is full. UCI number was not mentioned on letter from CIC. Now this year he wants to apply with genuine experience which is in FSW category.

Can he apply? Does CIC keep record of his previous fake experience? Please reply so he can take decision.

I am a 1112, 26th May applicant with PER on 17th Sept. I got my 2nd line updated on 24th and my MR request mail on 27th Oct. Let me know if you need any help.

Sorry to say.... this time I might sound un-sophisticated.... but if you have sent self declared job duties your file will not be accepted.

Kindly stay away from such consultants and use that money for charity.

I have and submitted all the necessary letters from my previous and present companies, like the employment offer letter, experience and relieving letter, Visa page in passport and all, But they have not mentioned more of my job roles in the letter, i have given declaration for my responsibilities and job roles that i handled during my work.
Do u think this will be the problem

It's really surprising how long it has taken for CIC to update the "no of successful applications" page on their website.
Any thought on what their game plan may be?
By when they would update, there may be a lot of Caps Filled. That news would be quite sudden. Would have preferred gradual updates anyway.
What do u all think?......

Roles n Responsibilities should be with the NOC applied, must have to be described clearly atleast good enough to judge your profile. You can draft on your own, but the authority/employer/senior/hr should stand with that and answerable at the time of Work verification.
