Before 5 year i was sent my file to CIC through WWICS under instructor and lecturer category.On that time CIC issue me file no. due to financial problem i was withdraw my case.But now again send my application to CIC on 5th Aug. My question is In GENERIC APPLICATION FORM in personnel detail question no. 3 regarding UCI i dont mention any UCI NO. is any problem due to this?

seems like many of 1212 are getting delayed DD encashment & PER...mine too the same problem.... :'(
