Just wanted to inform you that i got my file back for NOC 2174. My application was received on July 3,2014 (which was confirmed by the CIO stamp 3rd july on my application). The letter states that, we are returning your application because we have reached the cap for NOC 2174.

I have the feeling that CIC will update the CAP after the completeness check for August is over. By then, we will see a number of NOCs are capped and that will deter other applicants from sending in the package which will cut down the number of applications to be processed at the first step.

PER: 5 Nov (115 days)

any 11,14 or 15th member's who got update in ECAS. I am 15th DD guy and looked at ECAS update but looks like it can't even recognize me. I heard someone from here stating ECAS get updated in 3 to 5 days once the CC is charged!!!!

Thanks for the information, we are trying to be more optimistic and keeping our faith that anything is possible. We are applicant under 2174 as well as long we haven't receive our documents back. We are not losing our hope.

God has good reason and special purposes for everything.

Good point. I hope that they update the cap today or Friday to get more clear picture about the numbers and the possibility of being in the cap or not. Nearly a month has passed since the last figures were updated. Really frustrating.

Happy Guru Nanak Jayanti to all of you. Very glad to share that I have received PER email from my consultant last night.

DD accepted : 28th Oct
PER email : 5th Nov
NOC : 1112

UCI starts with 618*****. Haven't seen this series in the ss . Is it normal ?

How long does it take to get PCC from New Delhi. Should I start working on it right away ( I need PCC only from India) or Can I wait for MR/PCC request from NDVO

1. For CPP-Ottawa, what is the last date for which MR/PCC request was sent? I received PER on 16-Oct, trying to estimate date for MR request?
2. Has anyone applied for PCC from Indian Embassy NY? How long does it take usually? Please PM me.

Indian PCC/NY 3 days, when applied in person.
