FINALLY LONG WAIT IS OVER.... ;D ;D

Received MR, RPRF and PCC request mail in morning.. Last few days was very very tensed as I was 14th May applicants and waiting for MR mail from long long time..

VO-NDVO
Application received date - 14th May,14.
PER date - 25th August,14.

Spreadsheet already updated before posting..

PCC and Medical requirements are for the purpose of ensuring that those who OBTAIN PERMISSION to enterCanada are in good health and character. As long as your wife and kids are part of application, they're trying to OBTAIN PERMISSION to enter country with maple leaf in its flag.

I understand that Medicals & PCC are mandatory for all, however my situation is a little different. Since I DONT have them added as part of my initial application (did opulate all their details as dependents though - for declaration purposes); will they still be required to undergo Medicals and share the PCC report with my Medical request??

Patience is the key, but in our situation with Canada PR, LOCK is with us and KEYS are with CiC/VO, thats the main part which keeps bugging all the time

Application Sent : 04-June-2014
Application received at CIO Sydney(NS) Office : 09-June-2014
Primary NOC 2011 Code: 2133
Calculated Points: 79
Payment Mode : CC(Citi Bank)_Also I had notified my Bank for the upcoming transaction from "IMMIGRATION CANADA FSW - SYDNEY NS.

Since from the time of submission 145 days are over, so how long further CIO will take in order to send across the PER or their decision.

Looking forward for your valuable comments and suggestions soon.

As I have received PER from my consultant I am ready with form 5476 to cancel my representative from my case. But how to update my future email ID in records of CIC ? There is no column to update my consultant email ID with my email ID in that form.

Even though I send the form with what is to be filled for cancellation, the future conversation will be held with consultant as i told that its not there to update my personal email ID.

Please help. I am running out of time.

How long it would take for the visa to be issued after MRs are submitted (in case of NDVO) ?
Any guesses please? ???

Depending on analysis of 2013 process by NDVO, they may take 30 to 60 days for giving PPR request and then there are cases where they have taken 30 to 60 days for issuing visas from PPR request date....

Though this time expected to be much quicker bcoz of 2 reasons:
1. No of application are very high compared to last year.
2. Probably Express entry is starting from January 2015 somewhere.

So expect to complete your whole process till Visa Stamping from date of your application filed in 7-8 months aprox..

YAY......My CC was charged last night !!!

While I am in the midst of updating the SS, I have a question pls - Since my spouse and kid are not accompanying me at this time, will the PPC & Medical be still required for both? My understanding states that these will only be required when I sponsor them at a later stage, when their individual files will be in active status. Anyone who has an experience whilst dealing with a scenario like this can share their inputs pls...

PCC will need to be provided for Wife irrespective of whether she is accompanying.
