[size=10pt][size=10pt]Hi Vind, CanoI and all other senior members. I seriously need some expert advice as I am in a fix. Let me explain you all my situation as I have been regularly following this forum and before I go ahead, let me tell you that all forumites are quite helpful and I have gained good experience by just following it on a daily basis.

I filled my application on 17 June and it reached the courier address (49 Dorchester Street) on 23 June 2014 and received by "Doug" as per DHL. Payment mode for my application was through DD and I have check it thrice with the bank and they say that it has not yet been encashed and the status is outstanding. Last I checked was today. This DD has a validitiy of 6 months. I filed my application thorugh India under NOC code "0111".

The only worrying factor is that CIC is currently working on July and Aug applications so what happens to my applications. Infact I also called the CIC number that was shared on this forum thrice and spoke with 3 different agents who did not share the UCI number as they said that the call center has 200 agents and not every one accecc to these files so can't help. I have already written an email to the Enquire email address, but there TAT is 30 days so awaiting a response from their end.

What do I expect

Is the file returned or there is still a chance of receiving a PER as I sent in complete application with PCC, IELTS, WES and other formalities in the prescribed format.[/size][/size]
