Brothers & Sisters,

According to the SS 21st July applicant got charged.. And 9th July applicants are receiving PER.. Even 9th July DD applicant from Bangladesh got his PER.. So it is not the DD which is delaying my file.. Then I thought it might be NOC.. but I saw people in my NOC later than my date also got PER..

I cannot think straight.. I think they may have rejected my file.. But I cannot think of a single mistake.. Only one, I don't know you guys remember or not but in middle of June CIC update the Generic form which was not printable then few days later they published a July form.. I applied with that form but then again after few days that "July Form" was vanished.. Do you think this might be the issue? I am really worried..

Please pray for me..

I mistakenly sent my application to P.O Box address that reached there on 11th Sep 2014, and this act of mine kept me depressed for ages. However to get an inquiry about the issue, I emailed Sydney office asking what could be done to have an idea about my application that whether that was received by the right hand or lost somewhere. I received their reply last week that looks like this:

------------------------------------------------
Good morning:

As of the date of this email, I can find no record of your application in our database. It may be in the queue for initial processing. You may wish to submit a status inquiry in 2-3 weeks, and a further search can be conducted.

Thank you,

AQS

Please everyone on the forum, guide me what might be the possibilities are and what best should I do. Anxiously waiting to get proper and off course best solution to the problem.
Regards, Ibrahim

Dear Ibrahim,

Dont worry about it, as I had sent my application on PO BOX address but it was processed and I received my PER on time. Please dont worry about it. InshAllah you will hear the good news soon :)

I dont think form can be a issue, CIO work on many dates simantaniously and each case is different from other similarly each reviewing officer takes his own time. So stay positive and stay happy you should get good news in another 10 days time

Good luck

I think this is standard reply format that they send after checking if they have the application with them. I asked them if they are in receipt of an additional document that i sent and i got the same reply. I dont think they answer specific minute questions about application until the case is with a review officer.

That said, if you implied that you informed about the update just by email, i dont think that wud be sufficient. Once u receive MR u wud be expected to send photocopies of all passport changes.
