PCC is required only during VO stage. You will hear from them. You are all good. Incase not applied, maybe a good idea to get the PCC process done and ready. All the best!

NO need to send the PCC to LVO. VO will ask all together PCC, medical and rprf fee.

Yes, NDVO accepts both ways: Online and DD

2) Click on the button: Pay my fees online
3) this page will come : https://eservices.cic.gc.ca/epay/welcome.do?lang=en aND CLICK ON continue button
4) Then comes, Disclaimer page and check the checkbox and continue
5) Then select : IMMIGRATION Link and then select : Right of Permanent Resident Fee link
6) pay the fees

I am July 9th Applicant.
PER Received today,04 Nov.2014
CC charged on 28 Oct 2014
App Received on 9 July 2014
App Sent on 3 July 2014.

PER Estimated waiting date=118 days
CC charging waiting date=111 days

Average waiting period for applicants to receive
news from CIC is minimum of 100 days.

I dedicate my PER to God Almighty.

Can you suggest , which option is good and safe for us to pay RPRF in NDVO ... ? CC or DD..? Is there any online payment allowable in NDVO..?

Go for online brother..

create your username and password. make payment..relax...provide emaild id there in your profile...payment receipt is sent to your email id and then send that receipt to NDVO...

I need urgent help. I am July 28 Applicant and I used my brother CC fro payment of fee & he just informed that his bank blocked his card cause he report to the bank of misuse of his card. What should I do now?

Follow Trk1 advice first. If it is not CIC authorization that was found suspicious by the bankthen send new scanned payment form to CIO mailing address with urgent label. And hope that it gets through. You will find info on how to do it following the link in my signature and hitting FAQ.

don't complicate things...send what is asked in the MAIL... if they require more docs, they will ask you in the mail once again..
