I need a little help.
I am unemployed now for 2 years.I have 5years of of experience. I got PER last week.
Is there any problem for unemployment.somebody told me that unemployment for such a long time may give a negative impression to visa officer.is that true?
Please advice me,I am very tensed now.

Don't worry as far as you have mentioned unemployed last 2 years in application that should be fine. Visa Officer always observe how far genuine is the information we submitted...

My wife is applying for PR visa and myself dependent working as IT analyst.
My wife prepared package including her reference letters, employment history, bank..etc.

Now question is, do I need to show my employment reference letters as well ? Because in Form IMM0008 - asked for Dependent Employment details & Education.

Also asked for Intended occupation - NOC code.

Not required.

My application was received on 16 July, payed by DD.
I can see on the SS many 16 July apps charged but payed with CC.
Can someone please tell me if they charged 16th July with DD.
Is it too soon to call my bank to ask if my DD is charged?

nope bro ... you're a DD applicant so you gotta wait another 7-10 days ... DDs seemingly get enchased 7-10 days later .. but your PER should come pretty much around the time when the CC guys get PER....

Recently some people got rejected because of their letters of reference, and most of them believed that they are perfectly match with the descriptions on NOC page.

Can seniors give a guide like how many items on the NOC page we should match? In reality, we are quite impossible to match all the lead statements on NOC page.

Minimum 60-70 % jds in the lead statement to match that with of NOC

Guys,

What happens if me and my wife gets PR Visa and only i travel to Canada and get PR card. Would my spouse also need to travel along with me to activate her permanent residency? What happens if she fails to travel along with me and her PR visa expires, do I have to sponsor her fresh PR application?

If your the Primary Applicant, once you travel to Canada after getting SW1 visa on landing you can apply for pR Card and it will be delivered to the address you provide to them with in 2 Months times. If your Wife fails to travel to Canada to apply for PR card in the stipulated visa time given by Your local visa office, then you have to submit PR application for her in Family Sponsor category.
