Hi All,

I have worked for two organizations till date. The first one for 2 years 10 months. They are not responding about the reference letters. So i have asked my ex Team Leader to provide a reference letter, which would be without the letter head. I have all the supporting documents to show as proof i worked there.

In the current organization its only been 5 months and if i ask them for a reference letter it would risk my prospects here as its too early. is there any option of not showing this 5 months experience in the application and substitute with any other reason ?

What should i do in this case ?

Please suggest.

Thanks & Regards.

What should i do in this case ? -Write a cover letter stating that the reference can't be obtained.Include in your letter the contact tel & email of the personnel,CIC can contact. Also, submit along copies of your contract letter & payslip with the cover letter.

Please suggest.

Good luck

Thanks & Regards.

Can anyone advice me on how to get name correction done from Atlanta Indian Embassy? The Atlanta Indian Consulate does NOT answer phone calls/emails and also their FAX number does not work.

I am an absolute newbie here,

Please could you help me, I applied under NOC 2145, I have worked as petroleum engineer for two years. My application reached CIO july 24th but unfortunately it was returned Oct 20th, stated reason is that my duties and roles are not corresponding to the chosen NOC even though I can see it is almost as the same as the one on HRSCD.

Now I am planning to reapply, but I am afraid because I am not sure of what they want in the letter, since the former letter is 80% close.
Please could anyone help me with the duties descriptions so I can present it to my former Boss.

I really need help please, advice me.

No issue on that.

The doctor will need the form that will be sent to you by email in order to fill and file your medical results online (if it is e-medical) or mail them if not. Also medicals are valid for a duration

What do you mean no instructions ?, at the bottom of the email you should have received something like this

Payment of Right of Permanent Residence Fee (RPRF): You must pay this fee before a permanent resident visa can be issued. The RPRF will be refunded if the application is refused, if you withdraw your application or if you choose not to use your visa. Please follow these steps:

· Go to the website: https://eservices.cic.gc.ca/epay/welcome.do?lang=en

· Read the instructions on each page, and click “Continue” to proceed

· Select the “Immigration” link, followed by “Right of Permanent Residence Fee”

· You must pay this fee once for yourself as principal applicant and your spouse

· Enter the number of fee payments (1 or 2) in the box beside the fee of $490

· Click “Submit”

· Proceed to pay your fees by selecting “Pay” and then follow the instructions to pay with a credit card

Once the payment process is complete, the web site will display your official receipt in PDF format. You must send the receipt to CPP-O.

Please submit the requested documents/fees to the following address:
