I have been reading mixed comments, just want to ask which of the following documents need to be "CERTIFIED TRUE COPIES" and which should be "JUST COPIES":

1. Copies of Passports (in English)
2. Copy of Work Experience Letter from the Employer (in English)
3. Copies of Foreign Educational Credentials (In English) (accompanied by original ECA from WES) to be sent original only
4. Copies of documents from Relative in Canada (passport, Tax, bill, bank statement, etc) (In English)
5. Bank Certification Letter (In English)
6. Identity & Civil Status Documents (Bilingual, one of them is English)
7. Children info (BCs, bilingual on of them is English)
8. PCC (English) to be sent original only

I am calling CIO just because i want to let them know attach my docs dont return my package back ..

paras, as you mentioned August is already c-checked (which it has been), hence, either it's a good news or bad already. Plus they have already told you on their helpline for them not to be having any info on your app. so that leaves you with very few options, so better to wait n call them again next week since till then they might have updated their system with your app. info updated too within. Right?

I had called up the hospital today morning and they mentioned that they had sent my reports on 23rd. Is there anybody like this already - done medicals more than 2 weeks back and ECAS status not yet updated to "Medicals Received"

Go to the hospital where you had medicals done and check with doctors whether they have send your medicals to NDVO, if they had send then wait for some time it will get updated....Thanks

I have worked for two organizations till date. The first one for 2 years 10 months. They are not responding about the reference letters. So i have asked my ex Team Leader to provide a reference letter, which would be without the letter head. I have all the supporting documents to show as proof i worked there.

In the current organization its only been 5 months and if i ask them for a reference letter it would risk my prospects here as its too early. is there any option of not showing this 5 months experience in the application and substitute with any other reason ?

What should i do in this case ?

Please suggest.

LAST NAME :

hOW SHOULD I WRITE MY NAME IN pr APPLICATION..... LAST NAME COLUMN IS COMPULSORY FIELD....GIVEN NAME IS WRITTEN TO BE SAME AS ON PASSPORT.................


PLEASE HELP

All the names present in given name column in the passport need to be entered as family/last name in all the forms and Write na or not applicable in first name column.

For Pakistani citizens, which visa office is responsible for processing FSW applications? If London is the answer so, anyone could tell me about the process of obtaining a documentary proof for a legal admission in London for at-least one year. As it is mentioned in document's checklist that it is required to submit as part of application package.

Certified or notorised copies are only required for the docs which are not in English or French. Normal copies of docs which are in English are just fine.

Hi All/Seniors,

Please advice me on the following questions.

My application for FSW-2014 reached CIC on 22nd August 14.

Noc : 2173, No information so far.

Hopefully, will get update by Dec second week if I am not wrong.

I am planning to travel to US in FEB-MARCH time frame. If I travel, I have following questions.

When can I expect MR and PCC request Maximum ? If I get request during or after my travel, do I need to get PCC from FBI (US) ?

Can I and my wife can submit MR from different places ? Me from US and my wife from India.

Also, if I get PPR during my travel, would NDVO allows for extension as I cannot send if I am in US ?

Any suggestions ??
