Hi seniors.....I need help urgent....

I am filling my PR – awaiting IELTS (shud cum on 14 nov).
My only worry is my experience letters....

2007 to 2009 I worked for ABC – I know one of the HR out there. He helped me with reference letters.
I already had sal slips, offer lt., etc.,

From 2009 till date I am working with company XYZ. I recently got promoted.
HR gave reference letter like whomsoever it may concern and all.
Got sal slips, offer letter, promotion letters, and all.
Only thing is JD – company doesn't give JD on letterhead. If I want – then my manager & his manager & dept. head's approval is needed. If I approach all of them – they'll question my credibility & stability with company considering recent promotion.
Though I tried indirectly – but looks like there is no hope.

Any suggestion seniors – please, it's urgent. i am very demotivated because of this Sad

Can I make JD on bond and submit all the docs I have for XYZ + explanation? Will it work?

One more question - i am from Pune (India) - so what will be my VISA office, Delhi ?

You know why my life is so wonderful and why I have no reason to go to Canada or anywhere else? Here it is:

Every morning, when I open my e-mail inbox, I find:

I have receive an email from 10 job companies offering the best jobs to me, as soon as I apply.

Email from someone telling me I have won £10,000,000 and some other guy offering to transfer $500,000 in to my account for unknown reasons.

Email from at least 5 banks offering me easy loans.

Email from Dr. Expert claiming that he will cure my hair fall & greying for cheap.

5 matrimonial sites have most suited matches for me.

3 pharmacies offering me their break thru anti-aging medicine for free

3 universities are giving me degrees in random subjects.

In addition, I get about 100 mails from hot girls named Janice, Angelina, Fatima & Priya who are feeling lonely and want to meet me.

What else can one ask for in my life...? 8) ;D

Received RPRF request from NDVO today...

App reached to CIC Sydney - 28/May

PER email received - 24/Sept

Unknowingly, I had done upfront medicals in April prior to sending application. Sent medical information along with a cover letter within application set. 3rd line added in ECAS today that 'Medicals have been received'.

I have been asked to pay RPRF only for spouse & myself. I understand that it is not applicable for my 4.5 yr old child. Someone please confirm.

Also, I have been asked to provide 'COPY of ORIGINAL BIRTH CERTIFICATE' of child. Has someone else also been asked for a similar thing ? Also, I understand this as photocopy of birth certificate only. Why are they asking this even if it (a copy) was provided along with application itself.

You need not pay for your kid. Last month one guy reported that he was asked for his original BC. It depends on the discretion of the vo

Yes you can do that and ask for an extension as CanOI mentioned it can work.

But still I believe that if you send the doc by end of tomorrow then there are chances that you can get the PCC within your time frame.

In case PCC is taking time, send the rest of the docs and RPRF to VO and ask VO to extend deadline for PCC. It may work.

Regarding current / expired visas for selecting country of VO, I anyways wasn't sure. I had mentioned that. Also I got the question wrong. Had mentioned it. Future_canadian has given the correct answer.

But regarding Degrees and transcripts, Point no 13 clearly says

Proof of you foreign educational credential CAN INCLUDE copies of your :
*Secondary or post secondary education documents (certificates diplomas and degrees) and
*Trancripts for successfully completed Secondary or post secondary education IF AVAILABLE

Note words in CAPITAL. Hence degrees are necessary, but transcripts aren't.

I interpret "IF AVAILABLE" as "IF THE INSTITUTION ISSUES IT" because they are always available if you apply for them...

Anyways, you have shared the exact wordings so let the person interpret it himself... Nothing personal here bro...
