Guys Is to possible to see the applicants VO vise how many applicants are there of different dates for a particular VO as now files r moving to VO so how many applicant of say 20th May are there from NDVO and how many got MR. Is it a way to view SS this way? If not can thinking/views on these lines?

I am having Ph.D degree and my file is sent in October. My WES report says the degree was earned through course work, examination and dissertation. I have attached only degree certificate of Ph.D with my application and not transcript for Ph.D Degree as the checklist mentions:
Proof of your completed Canadian or foreign educational credential(s) can include copies of your:
• secondary or post-secondary education documents (certificates, diplomas or degrees), and
• transcripts for successfully completed secondary or post-secondary studies, if available.

During my Ph.D work I had taken course work for only two subjects so we don't have transcripts for it. Will it be a problem? I am applying for NOC 4011 and still can qualify if they consider only masters degree for which I have attached transcripts in my application.

Still No PER... July 3 applicant, CC charged on October 20... Apparently, I made a very careless mistake of not applying for FSWP WES Credentials Assessment... I only applied for a standard one... Last week, I got this message from WES...

CIC has informed WES that they cannot verify your ECA report. This is due to the incorrect application choice as the WES FSWP customized application was not selected.

In order for Citizenship and Immigration Canada to process your immigration application, they will need to verify your ECA report using WES's online service. To allow CIC access to your ECA report, you will need to order a duplicate report at

So far, my application has not been returned yet and I applied for a duplicate report already... Will my application be returned eventually?

How can I take this reply
1) Till 14th Oct they haven't touched my application.
2) Completeness ok and waiting for charging, so it was not entered in system. Bcoz one July applicant told similar reply he got and CC charged.
3) Completeness ok. If returned they would have entered in database. Bcoz one Aug 27th applicant got reply yesterday that application returned on 30th Oct.

Pls give your view. I am tensed. I've sent another enquiry on 8th Oct, when I am getting reply for that email, anyway I'll know I am charged or not.

Do not worry, they would only track and reply accordingly if you have been issued PER or NER, or your app has been rejected, in your case you should wait till December mid, you will surely get positive news....

Hi, My understanding is, sometimes when the case handling officer has some doubts on a specific application with regard to Selection Factors and PoF, and then he is in need of discretionary approval to make a final decision for PER, the officer need to necessarily get it moved to his superior and that is where it is awaited and positive/negative decision made. This probably also explains the gap in the CC/ DD charge to actual PER email in certain cases. Seniors please correct if I am wrong.

10th July APP and no response. No idea what happened to my APP. No response to my email orcall to CIC. Very disappointed but will not give up.

Decided to resend new APP. Collecting all originals again from scratch. I have following question

1. My IELTS expires on December 2014 (taken on December 2012) . Should I retake IELTS or send the photocopy as the original was sent with previous APP.

2. My BC has only parents name and my DOB. My name is not mentioned. What should I do. I have my 10th school cert with DOB. Is this enough.

3. I don't have surname and last name. Can I just mention my name in the surname. This is what I did in the last APP.

4. All my academic cert includes my name + fathers name even though my passport has only my name. Will this be a problem.

1. Photocopy is not accepted as you do not have any official confirmation about your previous submission. You can request new copy of IELTS trf from BC/IDP.

2. Add an Affidavit from parents stating the concern.

3. Write your name in surname only,

4. Should not be a problem but to be safer, atttach a same name affidavit
