if there is an interview, will it be requested before or after this line appears: we started processing your application on xxx in ECAS?

I thought should be after seeing this line, but according to Step by Step Processing of FSW Application By CIO and VO this line only appears after interview and a positive selection decision is made :

If the applicant pass the interview and got Positive selection decision from VO we can read following line on our ECAS

>>>>>>>>>>In Process

<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<< We Started Processing you application on XXXXXXXXx

How much points will be awarded by CIC:

Education: = B.E(CSE) - 4 year equivalent to WES .
IELTS: L-7.5, R-7.5, S-6.0, W-6.0 = 5+6+4+4 = 19 - ?

12+15+21+19 = 67

I am jotting values from my head. So please excuse me if the values are incorrect.

Today I received MR, PCC and RPRF email from NDVO :) But the ECAS status has no 2nd line update.

Application Date; 30 May 2014
PER Received: 24 Sep 2014
MR Mail: 03 Nov 2014

How do I pay RPRF fee online? I searched various immigration forums and CIC websites but there is no proper link redirecting to pay RPRF fee online for NDVO. Is it better to opt for DD in INR?

Seniors, could you please guide me.

Congratulations cannsfs

You can pay RPRF in INR 26400 per person (no fee for child) via dd favouring Canadian High Commision payable at New Delhi (considered more safe)

+1 for sharing, please update ss

Good luck

All,

Please check below link :-

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/guides/EG7TOC.asp

some important points to note on Quebec:-

Permanent residence under the Federal Skilled Worker Program

The Federal Skilled Worker Program

Immigration has always helped to make Canada’s economy strong and prosperous. To continue this tradition, Canada encourages applications for permanent residence from people with skilled work experience and education that will contribute to the Canadian economy.

Before you apply, make sure you have assessed whether you meet the current eligibility criteria for skilled workers.

Who may use this application package

This application package is only for Federal Skilled Worker Program applicants. If you think you may qualify to apply under a different program, refer to the link below and find out which immigration program best suits your situation by using the Come to Canada Tool.

Check the other classes to see if you satisfy their eligibility criteria.

Do you intend to reside in Quebec?

If you intend to reside in the province of Quebec, you do not qualify under the Federal Skilled Worker Program.

Under the Canada-Quebec Accord on Immigration, Quebec establishes its own immigration requirements and selects foreign nationals who will adapt well to living in Quebec. If you intend to come to Canada as a Quebec-selected skilled worker, you must first apply to the Ministère de l’Immigration, de la Diversité et de l’Inclusion (MIDI) (in French only).

Trust this helps.

ONCE AGAIN you misunderstood me, i know that they have their own program and bla bla,

BUT BUT BUT there is no rule that forbids you to move to Quebec if you applied to FSW

and i ask you again, show me where did you read anything regarding this issue,

ofcourse they want you to apply to Quebec Directly if you are planning to move to Quebec, its a matter of management

i know people who landed in Quebec that moved to toronto after a while,

Canada is one , nothing is forbidden regarding this issue

Hi Manila_kbj,

Have you accessed : http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/security/police-cert/mid-east/united-arab-emirates.asp?
Or are you asking for any specific experience?

Regards,
Rick
Hi Rick,
Yes. Specific.experience as I've already encountered the link you've provided. My svenario is that my wife got uae pcc before and she's no longer in uae. It took her 3 months to get pcc from the uae embassy in manila. Reading through the experience for pcc request, tle visa office is requesting it to be submitted within 30 days. My problem is in case I got pcc request, i may mot be able to fulfill that 30 days. Part pf the requirwment for pcc is the fingerprint which our local police would only give if there is already a request from visa office.

Hi, Thanks for the reply. I have not heard anything about the application as I am 5 August applicant but by now the completeness check must have been over.

Thinking of sending the updated form together with the cover letter with the courier but not sure whether it is too late now.

No harm, send an express delivery, also, send them the same via email scan copy mentioning the courier receipt number & fax them as well.

Everything you need to know has been provided here.

I am assuming you are still living in the UAE.
My wife needs it and she's no longer in uae. Do you have an idea how long is through this online process?

What a relaxed afternoon for me. Just received Medicals and RPRF request from NDVO. Here are the timelines:

App Submitted: 21st May
CC Charge: 3rd September.
PER: 12th September.
ECAS 2nd Line Updated 2nd November.
Medicals: 3rd November.

FYI: I submitted PCC and PVC from Bangalore Commissioner's office which was valid for 6 months and it expired on 10th of October. But I was not asked for a new PCC. So, think it entirely depends on the Visa Officer.

I am in my office currently and am not able to update the spreadsheet. Will do it as soon as I reach home.
Thank you every one over here for your wishes, your wish just came true for me.

Congratulations and good luck

+1 for ss updation intentions
