No one knows exactly here. Based on the trend in SS and the CIC updates, it is the number of applicants whose have gone through completeness check successfully. It is estimated that applications in August is finished for this step.

CIC did not update the CAP for three weeks and when it updates, it may include until end August. 2171 is expected to last only until end of August or early September.

Good news and a query:

Hi fellow forum members, I would like to share with you all that I received a request from CPC-O on 10-31 to submit medicals, PCC & RPRF fee.
App received date: 28-May-2014
Visa office: CPC-O
PER: 22-Sep-2014
Medical, PCC & RPRF request: 31-Oct

I had chosen CPC-O as my Immigration Office because I was residing in USA and was lawfully admitted to USA for at least one (1) year.

I have recently returned to India and would have to change my address to India address (unless I get another US assignment).

My questions are:
1) If my residential address is changed to India address at this stage, will my file get transferred to NDVO or will CPC-O continue to process it? I am ready to give mailing address of Canada if that helps to keep my file in CPC-O.
2) I am hoping to get another US assignment by December. So, should I wait for a few days and if I manage to go back to US, then directly change my address to new US address? I have been given 60 days by CPC-O to submit medicals, PCC & RPRF fee.
3) How much delay will it cause if my file gets transferred to NDVO?

Rob,
firstly Congratulations.

As far as I know, CPC-O cant deliver passports outside North America.
So my answers to your questions are
1) Dont change u r mailing address to India at this stage. Rather, give u r friends address in USA/Canada or relatives address in USA/Canada. So that friends/relatives will deliver u r stamped passports back to you in India. (its not illegal or unethical)
If in case you want to get stamped passport directly by CPC-O in India, you need to provide postal address in India. in such case, CPC-O will make arrangement to issue u r VISA by New Delhi Office. (I dont know how long this will delay u r VISA). So I advise, to get VISA directly from CPC-O.

I may be wrong also, take others advise to get proper understanding.

If PCC wasn't more than 3 months old at the time of submission of initial application, then you are good. You won't have to submit the Ireland PCC again (unless CIC insists for it again).

Thanks a lot bro for information. i got it with latest date on it.

Ok so that has been frozen now(2173 ) is what I go with. Last question. Form Imm0008 Q12a Occupation: Should I write the name of the NOC followed by number. Similarly 12b name of NOC to which job roles are matching and ignore my designation.

Thanks for your advice. The cover letter you mentioned is to be sent by email or I should send a paper letter to visa office? Any supporting docs I need to provide?

Since your wife is pregnant you can complete the medical and send the cover letter along with RPRF fees (for both). In cover letter you should mention that about your wife's pregnancy and the expected date of delivery. In this case the VO will put your case on hold until child birth and they will ask for your chile passport for processing. Do not worry you will get a proper steps to proceed from the VO after you send this cover letter.

If it is only cover letter take print out of it, sign it, then scan it and send it as email attachment to the VO.

Hi

I have 2 queries.

1) Is there any one who have received MR request in past 2-3 days? and on what date there application was received by CIC?

2)My brother had also applied for FSW. He received medical. He father a child last week, He had already applied for the Passport of the baby. Is there anyone having the same scenario OR anybody knows what to do next in this case?

Regards

My Application is going to be opened by CIC folks soon. I am August Applicant.. Seniors Advise please URGENT:

1. I am unmarried and have listed my parents as my Dependants in the Form. Will there be any problem because of this.?

2. I didn't had Birth Cerificate as such and have given my PAN CARD, Passport Copy, Xth Certificate (Having 'My Name', my 'Father - Mother FULL Name', and my DOB) . Will that be fine to be considered as BC.? I wasn;t aware otherwise I could have also attached an affidavit declaring the same.
