2173 Noc will be full by the time November applications are processed. Try for 2172 if job duties match. If nothing works, give a best try for 2173. If cap gets full, then try for express entry which is yet to be launched.

The form is SCHEDULE A Background/ declaration" on last page i.e. page 4, the top section says

Authority to disclose personal information and there its says declaration of applicant and asks for signature and date

I and my spouse have not signed here, but below this section it says
DO NOT COMPLETE THE FOLLOWING SECTION NOW, You may be asked to sign in the presence of a representative of the Canadian government appointed bu the Canadian government.

Solemn declaration
I,XYZ, do solemly declare is truthful,...

Signature of application (We have signed here).

Other then the Payment Form (Credit Card auto debit instruction), none reported rejection for missing signature. So as long as you did not get any bad news, treat this as good news. Hope for the best.

Dear All experts,

My degrees and transcripts were received at WES on 16th of Oct,2014 and the status of documents in my account changed to "Accepted" in front of all of my degrees on 29th of Oct,2014 and on 31st of Oct,2014, I have received the below message:-

""This is to advise you that WES has received all the documents required to prepare your evaluation report. The report is presently scheduled for completion on 11/26/2014.Please be advised that due to high volume there may be delays in processing some orders. Please allow for additional days to receive your report. We apologize for any inconvenience. At this time, you also have the option to add recipients, purchase additional copies or upgrade your delivery choices. Please make any update(s) immediately to ensure processing with this order""

Can anyone answer my below concerns:-
1)-they will issue my ECA on 26th of Nov,2014 or they might issue it earlier?
2)-What should i do in order to get my ECA report earlier?
3)-Whether I shoudl ask additional copies of my ECA as they are mentioning or there is no need?
4)-Will it not be too late if I shall send my application after 26th Nov,2014 after receiving of ECA?

Really worried that cap might filled up up till that time. I am applying for Purchasing Manager profession.

Wes generally provided the reports earlier to the estimated dates mentioned by them. You can do nothing to speed up the process. I'm assuming you have taken express delivery option.
Noc 0113 is a cold Noc and it won't be late. Fsw14 will continue till 30th April 2015

Hello all

Sooo... ECAS finally caught up. Now seeing 'Decision Made' with 4th line: "A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision."

And this is AFTER I've already been issued the visa and got back my passport and received my COPR . My VO is working even faster than ECAS can update, it literally cannot keep up, dwl.

I think some times we r taking this forum too seriously.... In the sense....not every applicant who applied fsw in on forum....for example my friend has already been requested to submit passport by ndvo...she applied in may end week.....

So lots of things are happening..... Using diff random trends...

PLease HELP !

I joined a company in Apr 2012 on a designation and performed duties of NOC 2172. Got a Promotion (designation changed) in 2014 March, same duties. My job responsibility letter from the company talks only about my current designation and they will not issue any letter for past designation (Company policy). I have my appointment letter, letter of promotion with me. PLease advise what should I do. If the CIC counts experience only on my current designation then it will be only 8 months.

Hey Guys, Need desperate help with few queries on work experience.

Can I claim points for work experience gained before my master degree?

I have done bachelors in commerce and masters in IT - Can I show up my IT Experience gained after commerce degree (b4r my IT degree)

Also, can you please confirm below points calculation:

Education 23 (As per WES ECA 1 Yr MSc from uk is equivalent to masters)
Work Experience 15 points (Total 6 Years of which 3yrs SysAdmin + 2 Years Network Admin NOC 2281)
Age 12 points
Language Proficiency 18 points (L:7,R:6,S:6.5,W:6.5)

Total Required = 68
