Hi,

I am in the construction business, so with the application I have submitted a copy of contract and experience letter from thirt party. However, in those letters nothing was mention about minimum working hours per week, now I want to send additional letter stating minimum working hour. Can I use the following format and send this to CIO......

TO WHOEMSOEVER IT MAY CONCERN:

Please be advise that, based on the job profile of Mr. XXXXXXX I confirm that he has been working for minimum 40 hours per week in the construction field.

I need a help from you. Filling the form of background Schedule A in Education point what should i write about field of study. For example should I write Mathmatics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Elective Mathmatics, Bangali,English, for SSC , for HSC Physics, Math,Chemistry so on...

While I was back in UK, for many times I have sent various items via Royal Mail - normal international delivery - to my home in India. They generally managed to deliver it in 10-12 days....I can see they have posted your PCC on 22nd Oct, and mind you there was Diwali offs as well...so this might add couple of more days.... and regarding Indian Postal Service, they do work hard but sometimes even postman or head of postoffice doesn't know what they are answering for any query....so I believe you don't need to worry and wait for couple of more days...

By the grace of God, today (Friday Oct 31, 2014) I got back my Passport with Visa and COPR!! My app was filed May 21, 2014 so it is now exactly 5 months and 10 days since my app was received and one month since processing began. I am so excited, it's almost impossible to contain it.

I would like to thank everyone here on this forum for the support and valuable information imparted, especially in the initial months when not much was known or very clear. I can never repay you guys, but I will always help as many as I can, like the ones who helped me.

On my ECAS, it is still showing "In Process" with 3rd line , still no Decision Made, but I foresee ECAS will finally catch up on Saturday.

Wish everybody a successful visa journey.

YOU HAVE TO FILL LATEST UPDATED FORMS WITH NEW DATES IN ALL FORMS WHEREVER REQUIRED. SOME FORMS REMAIN SAME.

Good to know my post helped a bit.... but it would also be good idea to talk to your local postman...and give your phone no for you to collect your envelope personally when it arrives.....

this would make postman understand that you are crazily looking forward to the post coming....and its important.

In one way he will be happy that you are doing his work....and he doesn't have to come personally to your doorstep for delivery....

JZPASSI....

it would be a better idea to fill the forms again...because they update the forms suddenly...and if they have changed any of the form since you first sent your file (this could be almost 3 months or more) then you might get in trouble for not sending in the updated form....

and obviously we don't want to take any chance for the application....
