It may or may not have any impact on your application. The chances for the latter are more. If they are kind enough to process your application with incomplete documents for your birth date and parents name evidences, they will ask for missing documents otherwise your application might be returned to you mentioning the same reason. BCs are meant to provide evidence for your birth dates and full names of both of your parents (dad and mum) as well as your place of birth. You have to wait for their response.

Looking at our own experience and that of forum members, you should hold on to your nerves atleast for another two weeks and then take the initial recourse of any PLAN B.. i assume you have already sent the mail to CIC for seeking update to your application ?

Nope, I haven't sent email to CIC, can you please provide me the email address also what information should I have to give them like name, passport no, DOB, etc?

I have not yet reached this stage. But you can check the spreadsheet which will give you a good enough idea.

Current Job = 3 years (Proper reference letter as per CIC guidelines)
Last job = 3 years (Proper reference letter as per CIC guidelines)

Above 6 years of experience giving 15 points max.

Last job = 6 Months (Generic experience letter. not as per CIC guidelines)
Last job = 6 Months (Generic experience letter. not as per CIC guidelines)

Since the last 2 jobs were of 6 months period, we didn't provide the proper reference letter as they would not have accounted for additional points. Can this be a reason for rejection?

No you can check status only if you have UCI no. which is there in PER mail.

The other way to check it is by providing file number which you can obtain with CSE enquiry (45 days wait time).

Hi Friends,

This is my first post to this forum, I am Juy 16th applicant , my CC has not charged yet. little worried.

I didn't attach BCs of mine and my spouse, I attached school marksheets though I was not aware of affidavit at that time, so couldn't attach it. Will it have any impact?

in case your 10th pass certificate has your name,DOB and name of one or both parents ,it should be accepted as proof of birth by CIC, At present cic has just started 15 th July applications charging so wait for another 15 days. Be patient and donot worry.
