because in 3 different forms , they are asking 3 different things ,

like place of birth, city of birth and place of birth ( city )

we have to keep a track which latest date CIO is replying the emails....? SO we estimate the dates and sit some relax..

last week some one said he sent mail on 12sep. and got reply on 25oct.. no next news heard.. :-[

I have added her Passport and Matric certificate...What i was missing ..


I am from NOC 2171....Can i send package again with the required document..if yes, do i need to send letter as well which is stating the reason.

Hello, I have a strange situation in which I need help. My brother had applied for immigration in 2000 and in 2005 VO got back mentioning my brother to have misrepresented his case for which there was a 10 years family Ban (since I was accompanying him as a dependent brother), so now If I my self apply for FSW ,will I be inadmissible too cause of my brother who misrepresented and whose family information my name was also mentioned?

Can we use DD ?does it make any difference ?

Pay 8,200 Rupees which is equal to 150 CAD using Demand Draft.
The bank draft should be made for the exact amount and in favour of "Canadian High Commission" or "Receiver General for Canada" payable at New Delhi.

Add Birth Certificate for your spouse or else Metrics passing certificate in which DOB and Parents name are mentioned along with affidavit that you dont have the Birth certificate.

They will not accept passport as proof of DOB.

Did matric certificate carried parents name, if it did not then it may did not be considered as POB, also you may reapply with affidavit signed by her parents, or try getting birth certificate for her...........you can always reapply......Best of Luck............
