Wow, it's too early to expect any actions on your app this early. ~110 days till payment charge is minimum estimate.

But is very strange cause some people have the fee charged normally... and the delay about some others it´s hard to understand.

Yesterday i received my PER and I have few questions over here for the upcoming process:

Now my passport does not have a surname and i was thinking of updating it by properly having a surname and a first name. Also the passport has been issued about 7 years ago and my appearance has also changed a lot.

So my Questions are

• Is it ok to update the passport now with the latest name and appearance? Will i need to send updated forms to the VO if i change the passport details
• How much delay will it cause in my application
• Also if i don't update the passport is there any possible problems which i will face with the missing surname and minor change in appearance?

I have sent old version of schedule 3 form, payment form and Checklist with my application on 7th Oct.

I am worried, as most of people says that this is one of the major reasons for rejection of application.

I have checked my consultant who advised to send these forms separately.

Please help what all i need to do to avoid rejection

They didnt asked for Proof of Fund again. I was concern little as I withdraw fund week after I sent application. Good time for me.

My application received on 03 Oct. NOC 2132 (mechanical Engineers). will i be in CAP? i have borrowed money to show funds in my account and returned some amount. when they will check funds status? is it required to keep money in our account from the date of submission of application?
Please advise me..
