Hello,

I have sent my documents in the last week july to CIC. However after sending the docs I have not received any acknowledgement from the CIC office.

I have sent my credit as a mode of payment and the money has not been deducted yet.

Since there is no acknowledgement , does it mean that the application has been rejected or can I hope still for some good news :( ??

Info on Singapore Visa office

Hi,

Just checked the SS and found that already 5 Person got the medical request from Singapore visa office. I heard that earlier it took around 2 and a half year for the whole processing. Seems it has been faster in FSW14.

1. How many from Bangladesh has got the MR from SVO?
2. How long would it take to get MR under FSW14 from SVO? any prediction?

I noticed that Century has already got the MR from SVO.

appreciate if u clarify.

thanks

Hi htcjmd,

I see the following notes by @ vinnytoronto who had a similar situation to yours (February 2014, so is very fresh case). They will ask you for proof (see mail from CIC to OP below) but I think they accept it. Yes, there might be a slight delay but you should not worry too much! Check : Request for Additional Documents - Regarding my marriage after Medical recieved (Thread)

+1 if you like my answer.

I am even not sure if this is normal or exception condition or reason to worry? Please help me folks.

CIC email conversation.

" Dear XYZ

This is in reference to your application for a permanent resident visa. In order for us to continue the processing of your application, we require you to provide the following information regarding your marriage:

- You (the principal applicant) must complete the attached “Principal Applicant's Relationship Assessment Questionnaire (Marriage)”. This questionnaire must be sent back to Case Processing Pilot – Ottawa as a hard copy (not as an email attachment).

- Your spouse must complete the attached “Spouse's Relationship Assessment Questionnaire (Marriage)”. This questionnaire must be sent back to Case Processing Pilot – Ottawa as a hard copy (not as an email attachment).

- You must send evidence of the relationship between you and your spouse, such as:

Have a look at the 2014 SGVO SS in my signature and you will get some info. I don't have any predictions though as till now some 2013 applicant still haven't got their MR.

Does this mean that people who did not get acknowledgement also are getting good news :)

Noone gets acknowledgement. The first communication by CIC is either your PER (good news) 3-4 months after application is received or a returned application.
