Please help help help!!

I have sent old version of schedule 3 form, payment form and Checklist with application on 7th Oct.

I am worried, as most of people says that this is one of the reasons for rejection of application.

I have checked my consultant who advised to send these forms again which i did today.

What else i need to do to avoid rejection.

Please help

Hi
I am about fill in all the forms, and one of the document requirement is the birth certificate.
I have mine, but i dont have birth ceritificate for my wife.
What should i do.
Can i submit an affidavit for the birth date ?
If not what options do i have.

Regards

You can submit matric certificate if it has

NAME OF YOUR SPOUSE
DOB
NAME OF ATLEAST ONE PARENT

along with an affidavit (preferably from her parents, though it works without it also, but to be more authentic) containing complete birth info and reason for non availability.

Good luck

Following NDVO applicants of earlier than 10-May (from forum SS) already received PER and still waiting for MR (or even second line update in ECAS). I hope that these are active on the forum. Please come forward and share if you have any updates.

It's really wondering that NDVO issuing selective MRs of the later dates keeping these early applicants on hold.

I am co applicant working as freelancer but due to unknown reasons my online account was suspended and as you all know background verification are going on .
.will it affect on processing ?

please tell me what should i do in such a case :(
No need to worry...As CIC only see main applicant's profile...as per co-applicant is concerned he/she needs to be medically fit and no criminal record...

Thanks bro for your reply.
but i was thinking to be on safer side, should i inform my VO?

I have a BIG question..

We have applied under the NOC 0113 'Purchasing Manager' and have got PER already. My husband is an employee of the company and gets a salary for it and also does all the duties we have stated in the JD.
Our only concern is that he also a 33% shareholder in the company, the other two shareholders being his father and brother. Will that be a problem in our case??
As far as i know , there shouldn't be any problem...
As you mentioned he is getting salary..he must be filing ITR(Income tax return)/ form 16 and also salary must be reflected in the bank account.
Relax.. not to worry....

Hello everyone!

I wish to know is Visa valid for 12 months from date when MR is sent or the date when Medical exam is performed?

Thanks

Yesterday i received my PER and I have few questions over here for the upcoming process:

Now my passport does not have a surname and i was thinking of updating it by properly having a surname and a first name. Also the passport has been issued about 7 years ago and my appearance has also changed a lot.

So my Questions are

  • Is it ok to update the passport now with the latest name and appearance? Will i need to send updated forms to the VO if i change the passport details
  • How much delay will it cause in my application
  • Also if i don't update the passport is there any possible problems which i will face with the missing surname and minor change in appearance?

Yeah! NDVO don't want to reveal their working style and hence giving MR on random bases! Or possibly these files are on some lazy hands!

You can update to a new passport but DO NOT lose or throw away the old passport that you used to apply. You might want to email / call CIC to check if they need an update of the passport details. Usually, I would assume you would need to send them both passports when you get PPR (with a note on why the new passport) and they will stamp your new passport with the PR. This is my understanding. Hope it explains well. +1 if you like the answer.
