Hello Forumites, I'm in a fix and need some assistance from you guys.

I have applied under the NOC 2281 for which i have a total experience of 5 Years (In two different firms). Application received date is August 27.
While waiting for my PER to arrive, I've got a good opportunity with another MNC for a more or less different kind of role and the Joining date there is Jan 13, 2015.

New Job profile is the closest to the same NOC 2281 but the Job responsibilities are just not matching with the ones in hrsdc website.
Now my question is that if I join the new company with a profile which does not match 2281, would I still be clearing the Eligibility Criteria? Would there be any problems I might face. If yes, what are the best possible solutions to still make it through.

No issues, but you cant claim any points for your new job if it does not match with job responsibilities, but as soon as you receive PER and application file number, you must inform Visa office immediately by sending them updated documents.

Hi Friends,

I need to update IMM0008 form and want to add my child. Earlier while filling form I didn't have UCI number so I left it blank. Now I have the UCI number.

So I want to know, in the section of IMM0008 form for my spouse and child do I need to mention UCI number which is allocated to our application or it is just to mention only for myself leaving spouse and child UCI number as blank?

I have applied for FSW on 07 July 14 and din't get the PER yet, very tensed.

Courier date : 04 July 14
Courier delivery date : 08 July 14
Mode of Payment : DD
NOC : 2132

1. Does CIC reply for each and every applicant whether they it is successful or not?

2. Is the 'Bar Code' mandatory for the application which is manual entry? Does my application gets rejected because of not having a bar code on it ??
If it gets rejected, could i be able to resumbit the form under same reference ??

3. How to inquire the status of the application, i am staying in UAE.

Request to help me and i am very much disheartened.

Is your DD encashed. I am also July 10th Applicant but no response so far.

Stay positive and don't loose hope.

Update from NDVO: The reason for delay in issuance of PPR was unavailability of paper required to print visas . The special tree used for this paper has reached maturity 8), soon it will be chopped of an turned into visa paper. Guys expect PPR rain shortly. ;D

is not working, there is an error
"Type mismatch. Value Tue Oct 14 2014 14:44:29 GMT+0300 (Arab Standard Time) does not match type string"

Can you please fix it.
