My dear friends, I have a question for you, because it is a very urgent situation.

I send my application for FSW Program on 13th June. In time when I was supposed to get PER, I got the following e-mail from WES (last Friday):

CIC has informed WES that they cannot verify your ECA report. This is due to the incorrect application choice as the WES FSWP customized application was not selected.

In order for Citizenship and Immigration Canada to process your immigration application, they will need to verify your ECA report using WES’s online service. To allow CIC access to your ECA report, you will need to order a duplicate report at...

On Monday, I followed their instructions, clicked on the link they provided, ordered duplicate report and paid requested amount. They said it would be over in 1 (business) day. I have been waiting all day yesterday and nothing happen (except confirmation of paid amount). When I log on to my account, there is still standing status "Evaluation in progress" and Service level: WES Basic.

I send them an e-mail asking them when CIC will be able to see my evaluation report on-line, but no respond to date...

I am very anxious and nervous and I don't now what to do any more...Please, help mi with your advice or experience...Should I call WES or somehow inform CIC about my taken measures?

One of my friend who applied last year but his application was not processed due to CAP fillup..

Unfortunately he has not got the application package returned from CIC.He sent email to CIC and CIC responded mentioning that CIC returned his application package but they don't guarantee about the shipment

He is planning to apply this year under 0111 NOC, but his original IELTS result sheet is missing due to his missing application package of last year application.

Is there anyone who applied with a COPY of IELTS Result and got his application accepted at CIC?

Hi to all,

*Are credit card debts considered part of the liabilities? Or are liabilities personal loans?
*Should my liabilities be included as spouse of principal applicant?
*What are fixed deposits? Are salaries considered fixed deposits?
*Are short term loans (loans that are going to be finalized mid next year considered liabilities?
*Should those loans reflect what he still have pending to pay or the total amount the bank gave has on the loan?

With only my husbands liabilities our financial history looks like this:

Assets: 22,0000
Liabilities: 6500
POF: 22,000 (bank certificate)

*Should we write a cover explaining that those liabilities are until mid next year and what they are? and explain that the POF are not going to be used for payment of those liabilities?

Thanks!!!

Is there a Reply link in the mail you received from CIC? Is there any form of identification used for your case?

If yes, you may want to let CIC know once. Please do write only once, after say 24 hours. I write "once" as you seem to be rather anxious.

Do note, CIC does (over a longer period of time) process everything professionally. You might be nervous but for them, its one more case to be cleared, methodically. Let them do their job.

But if you feel too much time has passed, please do drop them a note or call them (if you have any case identification available in the mail) and allay your fears. Touching CIC without any proper identification will lead to nothing - they will not be able to help and you will be unnecessarily depressed. Take heart! You WILL make it!!

Regards,
Rick

thanks.. really no clue seeing no CAP updates for almost 3 weeks now!!

@mks - just received news that my CC was charged. I think, the much awaited flood is on it's way and many people will see PER's flowing into their mailboxes over the next few days.

Regards,
Rick
