Why the hell are they not updating the CAP bros, by looking at the pace it reached 425 figure I was hoping NOC 2173 to be alive till end of December but now finger's crossed ??? Anyone who applied in Sept still having hopes? if yes pls do share some (hopes) with me

When can i expect my PER?
and How long will it take until i get the VISA stamped??

Hi All,,

This is to inform that my consultant from Ludhiana has agreed upon to settle with me on final balance fee and they are not going to charge a single buck from me until I receive PR. Further they also informed that they will not oppose if I start handling my application myself.

So what I am going to do is that I will fill up form IMM 5476 and get them out of my case finally. Till this time my file would have been reaching NDVo so I will have to wait for processing started in ECAS status or should i send immidiately without knowing my file's wherabouts?

I came to knew that it was returned on 14th October......

You can expect your PER with 10 to 15 days and 5 - 6 month for stamping!

Did you receive only PCC request or other requests such as MR along with PCC?

Can someone advice if PCC is not supplied with original application, is PCC request first step after AOR? And does normally MR come with PCC or after?

Sorry to hear about that. There is still hope. Review your last application of the possible mistakes and prepare a new file under same or not so hot category!

If it is actually a gift, you're right. If repayment is intended or expected it is borrowed and thus not eligible.

Hi Gauransh,

If you have written a cover letter stating that the 10th certificate could be used in lieu of BC and providing reasons for not including the BC..you are good to go. Plus the 10th certificate should have the following details:

1. Name of your spouse
2. DOB
3. Parent's Name (Fathers or Mothers)

My application was rejected even though I had an affidavit from my spouse's parents. They need some kind of an explanation if we are not including any of the documents as to why it is missing.
