Right. Gifted funds are not borrowed funds. They need to be in your name though. Cannot be in joint account with father.

About the request letter from CIC for Hong Kong PCC, is it necessary to wait for the request letter or can we obtain from a VO?

I am just worried I will run out of time once they will ask for Hong Kong PCC.
