Oh dear, they can see me!!

Thanks Optimist...I did receive a second report. My first application not returned yet (June 10th), so I was contemplating re-submission. At this point of time, I am quite certain that my app is on the way back. I submitted a 2nd application under 1114 with the second copy, but there was a small problem with that as well. I am short of 19 days for the continuous 1 year work experience in the last 10 years although I fulfill the 1560 hours condition. I was skeptical, but decided to submit anyways, since the loss is limited to the courier charges. Also, I received a confirmation from NOC (HSRDC) after submitting my second file, confirming that one of my previous job experiences falls under NOC 1114, which I earlier believed to be 1112. So, to preempt any rejection, I was contemplating sending a third file. I also thought of sending a copy of my IELTS and quote the previous submissions indicating that I have not received my files back, but this again will put me in a similar situation and cause unnecessary anxiety as there is a likelihood that this app might also be returned due to the lack of original ECA and IELTS. I just want to make sure that I do not give them a reason to reject.[/color]

+1 to you for the response

Cool. If I were you, i would approach IDP and request them to issue the another copy citing the same reason, sending another application. The best reason i would tell them is that both the copies have reached CIC and will take 2-3 months for acknowledgement and you can give them PODs. I think IDP is very lenient when compared to BC in issuing TRFs.

Good Luck and please do let us know how it goes.

IDP is much more cooperative than British council , you can always check with them for what you want , best would be for you to personally visit and let them know your concern , i am sure they will be willing to help

Hi guys,
I have a quick question: is it mandatory to provide national id translation?
Thank you for your help.
Teo

All the documents you submit must be in english, if however you cannot get an english one , then you need to get it translated in english and notarized. ( thats my opinion )

Optimist & Robbssiee: Thank you for your responses. I will keep you posted on the development. Another thing to share with you guys: You can request duplicate FSW WES ECA report that includes a electronic access to CIO at a cost of 68 dollars. Just in case if the info is helpful for someone!!

Hi Friends,

I am 20th June applicant and received per on 18th Oct.
How would I know that my file is transferred to NDVO. Would I get any information with this.
My ECAS still says, my application received on june 20th.

" A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision. "

My doubts ,

2, I received Passport Request last week , so can i conform the DECISION is Positive ??

Best wishes to all waiting - keep on Praying and doing Good things and increase your chance of fast processing.

Hi Optimist3,

It states "This form must be completed and signed by the sponsor and common-law partner, only if the latter is a co-signer on the application" now, according to this, my wife should sign this, aint it?

Normally it takes around 45-60 days to get MR, you won't be getting an AOR as this year NDVO is not sending AOR's.

I am 16th May applicant and still waiting on MR.

Relax and enjoy.

Hi Guys,

Just came across this while browsing FSW2014 on google - it helps you obtain a copy of your immigration file from Immigration Canada and find out what has happened to your application so far.

http://www.caipsforyou.ca/caips-4-you.html

not really sure if this is paid or not , but looks a promising approach to follow for people whol feel their application is over delayed.

If anyone has had experience with it please do share, who knows it might help someone
