Hi,
Got PER, Thanks to all..
Application filed: 30 June 2014
CC charged: 15 Oct 2014
PER: 27 Oct 2014..
Please update SS..

Seniors,
I am observing that people are getting PCC requests, for countries where they stayed less than 6 months.. What is the reason for this ???

congrats!! Good Luck!!

PCC are not mandatory for countries where you stayed for less than six months. But, if your local VO asks for it, it could be that the dates were not mentioned correctly in the form or they suspect something not right. So, chill and enjoy your waiting for MR.

Good afternoon:

As of the date of this email, I can find no record of your application in our database. As you state it was delivered on July 11, 2014, it may be in the queue for initial processing. You may wish to submit a status inquiry in 2-3 weeks, and a further search can be conducted.

Bingo!! I can see you now. :P. But, you were visible earlier also, may be just that people currently didnt have an answer.

We can ask for 2nd copy citing immigration to Canada, not quite sure about 3rd one.

Oh dear, they can see me!!

Thanks Optimist...I did receive a second report. My first application not returned yet (June 10th), so I was contemplating re-submission. At this point of time, I am quite certain that my app is on the way back. I submitted a 2nd application under 1114 with the second copy, but there was a small problem with that as well. I am short of 19 days for the continuous 1 year work experience in the last 10 years although I fulfill the 1560 hours condition. I was skeptical, but decided to submit anyways, since the loss is limited to the courier charges. Also, I received a confirmation from NOC (HSRDC) after submitting my second file, confirming that one of my previous job experiences falls under NOC 1114, which I earlier believed to be 1112. So, to preempt any rejection, I was contemplating sending a third file. I also thought of sending a copy of my IELTS and quote the previous submissions indicating that I have not received my files back, but this again will put me in a similar situation and cause unnecessary anxiety as there is a likelihood that this app might also be returned due to the lack of original ECA and IELTS. I just want to make sure that I do not give them a reason to reject.

+1 to you for the response

This is one month back email. write another email to check the latest status. by the time you get a reply, you will have your PER and it will become inconsequential. My suggestion is not to take so much stress, give some time for CIC to work on your file. its always + or - 1 month from standard processing time reported in the form.

Cheer up and concentrate on other stuff which makes your happy and relax. Good Luck.

Hi, Am new to this forum. Can someone help me which Payment method is better to proceed for applying Canada PR application :(
1) Using Credit Card of Standard Charted bank or citibank.. Is it Secure?
OR
2) Which INDIAN bank we need to approach to get the bank draft.. Does ICICI bank is fine??

for initial fees, DD is better. Any bank is fine.

Dude, in my opinion this is good news! CIO has not returned your file and might be in queue for processing.
The completion check would have been completed for July 11 by Oct-01, because the July 29th rejected app was dated Oct 14 (if I remember correctly).

Cool. If I were you, i would approach IDP and request them to issue the another copy citing the same reason, sending another application. The best reason i would tell them is that both the copies have reached CIC and will take 2-3 months for acknowledgement and you can give them PODs. I think IDP is very lenient when compared to BC in issuing TRFs.

Good Luck and please do let us know how it goes.
